Mark is by far the best recruiter I’ve met. Whilst approaching the end of one employment contract, I reached out to Mark and within a few days, he had recommended a role and set up an interview with the employer. Mark has proven to genuinely care and has pushed to ensure I got the best there was to offer from my new prospective employer.

Mark is very friendly which made the process so smooth. He was very persistent with communication and ensured I was up to date with all relevant information. I have never had to chase Mark up.

From when I applied to when I got the job there was clear and consistent communication, and everything seemed to happen quickly and efficiently. Tuesday 13th of September 2022:
Mente hung up the phone on me while we were discussing salary negotiation (sorry for having actual standards). She previously said she was going to send me more info regarding the role which was local to me. I sent her an email to follow up and didn’t receive a reply. Not surprised though, she’s only been in recruitment for 7 months. Absolute amateur! Stay away from these unprofessional middle-men/gatekeepers!

In response to the owners reply: I’m not wasting a phone call on you. I’ve told you my experience. Take action.

Fetch Recruitment have been very helpful in finding me long term work and placing me with reputable companies within my first couple weeks as I moved to Melbourne from overseas. They booked me in very quickly and I have been very happy dealing with the staff and working for the companies they have as clients. Looking forward to continue dealing with them as my career progresses in Melbourne.

Applied for job. Find it disappointing for an employment agency to try to solicit money on the pretense that John Bell, CEO of Fetch recruitment and Fetch Training can improve my resume & interview techniques that would increase my chances of employment for only$150-$900. This is shameful! If could only give zero stars.

Didn't reply back to me after several attempts to join the agency. Still no response & or any offer to come to their office to join.
