Was at the Venue today for Town club awards.
Waiter didn't know about gluten free meal.
Told us the bread rolls were gluten free.
Chicken meal was so dry 5 people on our table didn't eat it.
And plain icecream was the dessert for the gluten free person on our table.
Would not recommend the venue to anyone

I had a great night the place was packed with plenty of family, s and the dance floor had a lot of people on it

Set in an industrial area with some off street parking. Plenty of street parking at night when the industrial area is deserted. Quite elegant inside with attractive architectural features, chandeliers etc. Staff are friendly and helpful and go out of there way to help. Holds around 300 to 400 people with a dance floor and a small raised stage area.

Wonderful three course meal, dancing to DJ music in wonderful venue at a very reasonable price.

Happy for the bride & groom, food was fine, car park needs a tidy up as grass was growing out of drains, looks like the aftermath of the lockdowns. Otherwise great convenient location for weddings and functions.

Fantastic plaee for special occassions. Dance floor size is good size. One can see everything from any angle. (no posts anywhere to obstruct viewing) Beautiful place.

We had wonderful service tonight. The food isn’t anything better than any other reception of this kind (which could depend on what is ordered), but there was more than enough of it. The staff were friendly and helpful and went above and beyond.

WORST SERVICE EVER!
I was recently there for a friends wedding and service received was beyond unacceptable. Food was served really late and cold with not much proportion on the plate. When we asked for some drinks we were denied.when we asked for extra cutlery and cups staff working refused and dismissed us. I have never come across such service at a reception before. Their manner and approach was uncalled for. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!
