5Our Groomsmen had hired their suits from another Ferrari Formal store. One of the groomsmen had come from overseas and was told we could go to our local Ferrari Formal (Werribee) store when he arrived without making a booking. Firstly, the lady was extremely rude because no booking was made, we confirmed we were told we didn't have to book. There was no one else waiting, no other customers. The lady was rushing, grumpy and didn't even measure our friend properly. We were so unhappy with her rudeness we ended up hiring from the store we originally went to. When we got there, we found out that Werribee had ordered a shirt, pants and suit jacket in a size too big. We don't recommend going to Ferrari Formal Werribee at all.
I arrived 20 minutes early for my appointment. I was the only customer in the area with 4 people behind the counter and said "Good afternoon, I am here for a 2pm appointment. " They looked at me with mild indifference and asked "Is it 2pm? " I mentioned I was a bit early, so they suggested I go for a drink. I walked straight to another store outside of Myer and purchased a suit instead. Two stars because they were not overtly rude. Just seemingly aghast that I consider my time was also important.
Rita was an absolute star! We had a horrible experience at a different store and called Rita 2 weeks from our wedding to ask for help in getting the suit hire organised for the grooms party. Rita was super knowledgable and flexible to get all men fitted and suits ordered (given covid), even with enough time to replace anything that didn't fit quite right. From the day we called to the day we dropped everything back, the whole experience was a breeze. Definitely recommend Rita at Pacific Werribee Ferrari Formalwear for any formal dress wear needs.
Their appointment system is a joke. Booked first appointment of the day, turned up on time and waited for half an hour. With no sales assistant in sight, we left.
