Alecia (the manager) was phenomenal, easing my anxieties and picking out what turned out to be my perfect dress! She took the time to listen to my requests, advice on possible outcomes and laugh at my terrible jokes!
Would 10/10 recommend for any bride to be who’s overwhelmed for their upcoming big day and seek the guidance and reassurance from these girls.
Plus the bonus recommendations for dry cleaning and alterations which can also be a daunting process.
Will definately be back for my bridesmaids dressing and other wedding accessories.

Lovely experience, Alicia's experience really shows, her friendly and cheerful attitude made the shopping day a breeze. I'm so happy to have her positive vibes associated with finding my dress for the big day. Alicia is an expert in shapes and lines and made me feel at ease as soon as I walked in. The Frankston store has an amazing variety of dresses with a formal and somehow relaxing atmosphere.

I spoke to Alecia on the phone as I was in a bit of a jam with finding a specific dress at short notice.
She went above and beyond to help me out. Really friendly and professional. Thank you

Suit was very nice and in immaculate condition, the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, great place for formal attire.

No didn't like my experience here, Staff were not very helpful and slightly rude. Poor customer service.

Brought the most amazing wedding dress here. The bridal assistants knew what they were talking about, were able to show me a variety of gowns well within my budget and that suited my body type. They were friendly, accommodating and didn’t rush me in making such a big decision. Highly recommend! - Linda

Customers beware had two of my Groomsmen measured up here as wedding was interstate and they totaly stuffed both the measurments up. But who cares it's only my wedding

I personally rarely write a negative review on any store iv visited but I felt like I was treated very disrespectfully. I didn’t make an appointment at this bridal store, so understandably I wasn’t going to be assisted like someone else they had made an appointment. I walked in and upfront explained I did not make an appointment but would like to browse around please. The lady working at the time explained she couldn’t help me try on any dresses as she assisting someone else, but I could have a look at the dresses. I thought it was okay for me to try on the dresses without any help, so my sister was ready to assist me instead. We obviously didn’t think that would be a problem because in previous bridal stores the staff didn’t mind me trying on dresses without them. So we proceeded to grab a dress off the shelf to try on and quickly the staff lady told us we couldn’t try on anything without her helping and grabbed the dress off my sister quite quickly. I totally understand her point but how she said it was really rude, I also thought it was odd she didnt suggest “maybe come back later and I can help you out then” ect. It just seemed like we weren’t welcomed there unless we had an appointment. Iv been to many bridal stores and never had someone make me feel like that. I personally wouldn’t speak to customers in that tone either. We quickly walked out because it was obvious this wasn’t the place for me to buy my dress. It’s not exactly the feeling you want when your trying to find your dream dress, and my point is there’s no need to speak to people that way, your only going to loose clients. So disappointed.
