Got my groomsmen suits from here, came in and it was a busy day for the shop but staff handled it professionally! Especially my boys being quite big haha suits were very plus size friendly

Needed a suit hire ASAP. I had an appointment at 12 noon but showed up two hours earlier. Received the most amazing service from Christina and Anita.

Staff were helpful and professional, seemed like a great idea to organise wedding suits for the groomsparty here, until we received them. We had holes in multiple shirts, the trousers weren't done to measurements and suit jackets and vests had missing buttons. The buttons that were left hanging on by a single thread literally fell off trying to put them together. Wouldn't recommend.

Shout outs to Eleanor for helping me with my suit super last minute and making me look stunnin. Deserves a raise.

Went in for dress to attend a wedding, not realising an appointment was to be made. As we travelled 30min to get there it was luck a client cancelled.

Was able to get a discounted dress. Very happy with purchase.

My husband and I walked in we had a good look around. We took our time, we were not continually asked questions and then some how the manager knew we were ready for his assistance. The suit we chose is lovely. Great prices. John was professional, relaxed and very pleasant. Will recommend Ferrari Formalwear to all my friends.

I just picked up my dream wedding dress here today with the 70% off sale. They have a great range of wedding dresses and the best costumer service. Eleanor was patient, understanding and never rushed me or pressured me. She gave helpful advice about my dress, alterations, the big day and gave her honest opinion about the dresses as I was on my own, so that helped heaps. The other staff seemed very friendly and helpful too when I spoke to them. They seem to really love their jobs and are passionate about helping the brides to be! Thank you!:)

Nice enough staff, didn't mind me walking in to look at the wedding dresses without an appointment but I did go on a work day

Not a plus-size friendly store. It would have been nice to have been advised beforehand that they had absolutely none of the 8 or so dresses I advised them I was interested in when booking the appointment. We don't live nearby so it was a complete waste of a morning. I also advised that my partner wanted to try on suits, but he was completely ignored and not offered any help at all.

Rented my wedding suit here just recently, and although they had plenty on offer, both my pants and my best man's jacket were not the correct sizing.

Pants were too short and jacket was too small, even after they measured us both up. Just make sure you leave time between picking up your suit, and whatever event it's for, just in case you need to get them changed.

The service here is very good, the ladies here are very helpful. We came here looking for a tuxedo.

Hard to beat for service.

I had a really pleasant experience here at the essendon store. It was my first day trying on wedding dresses and Rochelle went above and beyond. I didn't have an appointment as I didn't know, I assumed trying on dresses is the same as trying on clothes elsewhere, lesson learned.

Rochelle was lovely, even though I hadn't booked an appointment she still helped me pick dresses, get in and out of them, very accommodating as I was so indecisive, she gave her honest opinions about each dress. She was very understanding that I was still trying to work out my style. I highly recommend, will likely be coming back here.

A good range with good pricing but just make sure you keep all your paperwork and details of what you've hired and paid as the staff don't keep track of things very well and seem to get confused easily. That said everyone was friendly and pleasant to deal with, we just had to be patient and repeat ourselves a lot.

The staff here at the Keilor Road store are wonderful they are helpful, friendly and accommodating, i cant thank them enough for their wonderful service when purchasing my husbands suit and the bridedmaids dresses.
