I bought new suit for myself, and I’m very satisfied with the help of wonderfull staff here.

We went to Ferrari Formal in Cheltenham to hire suits for my wedding and could not have gotten any better service anywhere. Helen worked with us and she was absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend getting suits from Ferrari Formal, they make the process very easy and are extremely professional. Thank you so much everyone for contributing to my special day!

Went to hire a suit on Sunday and had Jenny helping me out who made the whole process fast and easy for me. Highly recommend this place if you want to hire a suit and the suit was ready for me to pick up a few days later. So good, great work guys.

The groomsmen's suit came back >10 cm short on the arms which caused significant and unnecessary stress on the wedding day.
When the issue was brought up today, Karen was absolutely terrible to deal with. Does she not understand what the concept of customer service is? Rude, unhelpful, and told my sister in law to be quiet when the issue of the groomsmens suits was discussed. Will never step foot into Ferrari Formal again.

Karen appears to be of the old thinking, and decides when she decides to use her customer service skills, based on the appearance of customers.

Suits came back ridiculously incorrect and not tailored to fit at all, and Karen completely shut down our concerns, told us to shut up.

Karen made sure that I'll never come back, and that everyone I know will not come here for ANYTHING. Her customer service skills - NEGATIVE FIVE stars if possible, atrocious. Should receive education on discrimination and awareness on when she's doing it.

Please do never deal with this store ever again, they provided my groomsmen with the wrong suits, even though they measured it and confirmed that all measurements correct. One of my groomsmen jacket was for a t-Rex, none of the groomsmen shirts were the same. The manager at the store Karen, was the worst humans to deal with, her lack of care, understanding or respect was extremely shocking. Telling us to shut up whilst she rudely giving us the it’s your fault, not ours problem. The fact we didn’t care about the refund at all, but just the basic fundamental customer care that she did not provide. If this is how the company hires their staff to treat the customers, we will sure to never shop here again and make family and friends aware of this horrible human being.

We wanted to look and they were very rushed, as we didn't want to buy that day lady was in a hurry to get us out of the bridal shop, and very rude.

Dresses definitely Suits never!
If I could just review the ladies wear it would be 5 stars however due to the awful service we received at the menwear department which i would give 0 stars it will have to be 2.visited the store to try and get a fitting and purchase 4 suits, for my up coming wedding. As I had had such a wonderful experience with the ladies section buying my wedding dress, accessories and by bridesmaids dresses a few months before. Unfortunately my partner who visited the store on the Saturday before to see what suits were available was not informed an appointment was needed and after choosing a few options was told to bring the groomsman in for a fitting when he could, subsequently we didn't make an appointment. Upon arrival we were told they were full in quite an obnoxious tone and that we should have booked, we were disappointed and told the salesperson about the previous visit and that that information was not given however we understood and asked if we could possibly just look at the suits previously picked to show the groomsman as some of our party were not available on other weekends. I was then told that was not possible as they wouldn't be able to fit the children of our party, i assumed she ment our 6yr old and said we didn't need a suit for him just the 2 older boys and my partner and the best man. She then said no we wont fit him referring to my 13 yr old son who is on the shorter side and that all kid suits are hire only, out the back and only come in black then directed us to try a shop in dfo, I said if she was referring to Ollie's place where I purchased my 6yr olds suit, there is no way anything there would fit him. She then said there is no need to be rude to her just because I didn't book I shouldn't take it out on her and did we want the 3 o'clock booking or not. As we went to leave after taking the booking my son who suffers from anxiety said out loud my height ruins everything again, which broke my heart as he is not that short. We were made to feel like we were a nuisance and unwelcome. A very disappointing experience after receiving such wonderful and thoughtful service from the ladies department from the first fitting all the way through to final collection of our dresses.

I wasn’t expecting to purchase a wedding dress (as I was hoping for something less traditional), however Helen helped make the searching process a breeze! Her service was amazing, she listened to what I was looking for and found my perfect wedding dress! I highly recommend! Thanks Helen

We had 6 people for suit fittings and we were finished within an hour.
Excellent service and advice.

Cheap quality, service was pushy and staff told lies. Really disappointed with every single aspect of my experience here. Wrong pants size was given with the suit at pick up and no adjustments had been made to the suit despite being told they would be. Shirt was such poor quality it belongs in a bin. OVERPRICED WORN OUT RUBBISH TUXEDOS.

Staff were fantastic in getting myself, my groomsmen and even a groomswoman fitted. Very friendly and professional, and offered a few unique services such as custom ties and pocket squares if material provided.

This review is based on 4 separate visits. Firstly, I should start by saying that my husband hired (and purchased some items) from here and he looked wonderful.

The service on our first visit to the store wasn’t great. The staff didn’t seem interested in helping us, telling us to come back closer to our wedding date as we had plenty of time.

When he did make another appointment closer to the date, he eventually found a suit he was happy with, but really had to guide the staff instead of them helping him to achieve what he was after. I think he would have appreciated a little bit more guidance.

I visited the store to browse bridal wear on 2 occasions and was greeted with poor customer service. The store has a great selection for both men and women, I think staff may just need some additional training and smile.

I have bought my wedding dress here and it is not only perfect but at affordable price as well. I am very happy with the out come.

Process was straightforward. Measured up on first appointment and tried everything on. Second appointment tried on tailored suit and confirmed and they were happy for me to take away on the Tuesday. Returned everything on the Sunday. Wasn't exceptional service but was happy with everything.

Their attitude towards us was abrupt and didn't seem to interested in helping us.

Found a dress that same day from a bridal shop further down, with fantastic customer service, and a great atmosphere!

Staff are extremely short.

From the way we were greeted, dealt with, it was like a factory with disgruntled process workers serving you.
I would re consider using this service for bridal wear. There are plenty of other well priced alternatives.
They can really put a damper on what should be a enjoyable experience.
Let’s hope they at least can measure properly.

Good range of suits to pick from. Staff were very helpful and the whole fitting session was handled efficiently. Pricing for the rental was very good as well.

Customer service isn't great, and don't seem to be very well organised between staff. One of our orders went missing which luckily didn't affect the wedding day, but still.

Excellent service. The girls weren't pushy or trying to get the highest sale possible, they helped me choose the best dress for me and my body even though it was a cheaper one on the sale rack. I was very happy with the service.
