Completely ruined my evening. Hired tux, turned up on day to pick up and no suit at all. No record of my order although I had copy my receipt. Do not ruin your event and use these guys. Refunded but no compensation or real help

I really like it, I enjoyed my time there. Vittoria was our host and she was really kind and patient. I recommend this place to get your suits, in my case I got my suit for my wedding.

We got 6 groomsmen and 1 groom catered to at this place and they were fantastic from Day 1. The service we received from Daniel was outstanding, communication was outstanding and the price was so so reasonable. I would recommend this place for yiur bridal party any day of the year, any time of the day. Thank you Daniel and team for taking all of the stress out of organising our groomsmen. If anyone asks, I'll be sending them straight to you!

Hard to find and difficult to contact to find directions

Cheap, but quality of the pants I rented wasn't great. Cost was only $160 though with $50 deposit on it.

No white suits (probably fair enough), but couldn't cater for what i needed.

My partner ordered his groomsmen suits and his own wedding suit from here and we were not impressed. I've given one star only because staff (well most of them) were friendly, but everything else was problem after problem right from the start.

For example, they kept promising they'd get the correct size for one of the guys and after waiting we didn't receive any calls or updates. We kept having to go to the store to try sort things out and it seems that there is no communication between staff because nobody knew what was going on. For example they said they would hold a certain size pants for us and then nobody could find them as they had mysteriously disappeared when we went to pick them up.

Not to mention it took 6 months to get one suit in. It got to the point where we actually considered asking for a complete refund and going elsewhere to get all our suits with only a month until the wedding.

They also use paper for everything and therefore orders get mixed up and things get lost. It's time they updated to the 21st century and started using an electronic system to avoid these kind of problems.

We wasted so much time going back and forth to the store when our order was really quite simple. Four identical suits plus the grooms suit. I wouldn't recommend going here because it just isn't worth the stress.
