Ferrari Formal @MYER Highpoint

The ladies were extremely helpful and patient, trying to help my son decide whether to purchase or hire for a last minute black tie event over the weekend. Cannot fault their commitment to helping him choose. Thank you so much.

Ferrari Formalwear was probably one of the messiest and most needlessly stressful parts of my wedding. We were assured by the manager that 2 months would be long enough to sort out 4 suits, but we were having drama until the last week.

My issues from them included completely mismeasuring one groomsman (10's of sizes wrong on each item), leaving the Myer security tags on most of the suits, not being able to fix/replace the suits on their eftpos machines (this took hours to resolve, 1-week from the wedding), selling me the incorrect tie over the phone, and saying that tie is no longer in stock Australia-wide as they've called other stores and even called Head Office - it turns out there was stock in Mitcham the whole time, we found out ourselves.

That's not to say that the customer service wasn't fantastic; they all worked hard to rectify these issues. I'm just blown away by how many issues there were in the first place. The staff were lovely, but the highpoint store caused most of these issues, and the Essendon store + head office seemed to drop the ball regarding inventory.

If you've got patience and you are not worried about last-minute stress, feel free. I've heard good things about Ferrari Formalwear, but I got the bad end of it all.
