Fernwood Women's Gym Ferntree Gully

Can not recommend Fernwood Ferntree Gully enough! The staff and members are all amazing, it is such a community gym showing support and encouragement from everyone around.
I have always been so fearful of gyms but it’s honestly such a positive experience here.

Great facility, always clean and well maintained and the A/C is fantastic. Been coming for months, happy with the price, every trainer and staff member is accommodating, professional and friendly.
So very satisfied with joining this gym.

Very expensive, poor quality equipment.everything is always broken and takes years to get it fixed and working again, staff aren't great and the PTs arent worth it.

All staff are helpful, respectful and cool to talk to. Highly recommend this gym for all women.

I am so angry and upset with how insensitive the management is here. I can’t afford to continue my membership and so I deferred it until I could decide a course of action- weeks later I find my contract and discover that it also extends my membership. I am furious that they don’t mention this anywhere after joining and when I called to speak about this they absolutely did not care. Not to mention that with a cancellation fee they want me to pay an extra month, meaning 280$. What a joke. I will never join a Fernwood club again!

Worst experience. Had one of the trainers call me fat during my consultation for a fitness program. Do not support this franchise where their employees body shame women.

The staff here go above and beyond the call of duty, Joy (the manager) is an absolute delight and makes me feel like family and every time I walk in the doors I feel at home. The trainers are experts and are caring and knowledgeable in what they do, I especially love Jodie. There are plenty of groups and equipments for all levels of fitness and I strongly recommend any woman to go to this gym.

I love this gym.friendly staff, great facilities and and environment that all women can feel comfortable working at their own pace or supported if wanted. Highly recommended.
