Best owner very friendly and informative if there is any problems with equipment they get fixed straight away lovely environment to work out

Amazing Gym.it is more than a fitness place is about your fitness community. Great staff, timetable and members. Always you can join different activities, your own training, group fitness classes, challenges, etc. Allow yourself to have a different a possitive experience here.

I enjoy going into Fernwood Camberwell because the staff are all so bubbly and motivating. I enjoy the classes and wide variety of equipment allowing me to always keep my workouts new and exciting!

Fernwood Camberwell is an AMAZING gym! With great floor space to work in with plenty of room and equipment to choose from! But the best part is, it has the most friendliest stuff and community which makes every workout of mine so memorable. Definitely a place to workout!

Great gym with high quality equipment. The staff is super friendly and wonderful. Heaps of classes available (from body combat to barre and more)! It’s an amazing safe place for women to workout in confidence. I love working out here!

DO NOT GO TO THIS GYM!

A really sneaky company who is only interested in money. They kept deducting money from my account even after I requested them to stop. Was that bad that my bank had to block them. To try and deal with them reasonably is impossible. CURRENT Manger and staff are RUDE! I would give no stars if it would let me. Save yourself the drama and disappointment-
Go somewhere else, anywhere!

Wouldn't recommend this gym to anyone. They convince you with the beauty of it but then charge you money for the services you did not even use. Their terms and conditions are not clear at all. I was made to pay $60 for the services I did not even use. And it not stated anywhere on the contract that they have a right to keep the activation fees. Not concerned about their customers at all just trying to make money.

Don't listen to the negative comments. New owner has completely changed Fernwood for the better. I was hesitant to come back after how poor management was a year ago, but after a friend told me about all the changes that have happened in the past few months, so I decided to see for myself. Friendly staff, excellent new equipment, PTs care about your progress, and management seems far more receptive to feedback. Love it ladies!

Great gym with friendly and helpful staff! Also tried out the body scan, it was really accurate and help me focus on my fitness goals! Ever since the new management took over, the gyms atmosphere has been amazing!

The spray tan is good but the gym staff are rude, arrogant and just don’t care about their customer!

Worse than Fitness First if that's possible! Rundown, rude staff, terrible equipment not to mention absolutely hopeless at getting back to emails/phone calls. Worst trainers ever too. I'm going back to Fitness First. Boring classes with instructors that just yell and the classes are SOO LOUD! We are in the class you don't need to yell at us with a microphone FFS. Their head office is even more useless. Check your contracts carefully! DO NOT JOIN.

Horrible experience- they hide behind their contract when their own customer service team messes up. Having to go to VCAT to get money back. Process has dragged in for 4 months! DO NOT go here! Staff never available for working people, shoddy record keeping, change rooms are dirty, depressing and unprofessional place.

The worst experience I have ever had at a health fitness club, all they want to do is make money out of you I gave them a medical cert because I could no longer pay my membership they canceled my membership but still continued to take money out of my account. PLEASE DO NOT JOIN so not worth it and the staff there hate each other and hate being there.

Not a good experience in this club. That’s why I have to transfer the club again. The transfer fee between club should be $69 as it’s written on contact. And they charged me $99! And the lady always ask u to sign in, That’s annoying

Customer service is quite bad. Takes them over a week to reply and only when I email them a second time saying that I haven't heard from them so really frustrating. I'm trying to get a transfer sorted and it honestly feels like pulling teeth.
