7 Booked and got a shellac manicure here while travelling. Overall the nails are fine but there were some things which could have been improved on:
- There were 2 ladies doing treatments and despite seeming to be fully booked they took a walk-in which left people waiting and felt like they ended up rushing with booked customers
- Stations weren't cleaned between customers meaning there were bits of polish and powder residue left under hands
- Masks weren't worn by staff when using chemicals and drills for removal of polish which long term can cause health issues for them
- Attention to detail could have been better. One flooded cuticle and had to ask multiple times for them to smooth the tops of nails as the polish was rough and uneven. Nail art was also more heavy handed than what I had asked for. Image of final result (I had asked for blue) and pattern requested below

This is my go to for nails! Great team led by Courtney is; lovely, efficient, obliging and very helpful when you are unsure of colour or style you want. I have had both manicure and pedicure and been very happy with both.
I got shellac nails done here, I had nails to be removed and they filed them off. Within 24 hours two of my nails had cracked with both ripping off, they offered to fix them but I don’t want my nails to become even thinner and them all snap
Inexperienced staff applying final coat, the top clear coat has not been applied propyl can see and feel all the bumps and only noticed once in the car
I have been going to Ferntree Nails and Beauty for just under a year now and could not be happier. Courtney and her team go out of their way to make you feel comfortable, relaxed and happy with the result. The spa pedicure is the perfect way to enjoy some you time and I cannot recommend the SNS nails more.
