Poor service, no empathy. Poor tone of voice over the phone and in person, indicating i was just another number.
Was advised I'd get a callback, and never did until until i recieved an sms about a recall/ accessory booking, 1 day before, to which i had was unable to attend due to work commitments on the Monday. If i had been advised early, i could have made arrangements.
Missed on several important meetings, with not even a basic apology.

My RAV4 was returned in mint condition. The courtesy bus was punctual and the driver was professional and personable. Well done Ferntree Gully Toyota. Cheers Peter.

Got a new new Corolla in July from Ferntree Gully Toyota, so far I've been very happy with the car, good quality and solid built and all the safety features. The salesman Andy Hong was very friendly and helpful, can't thank enough, highly recommended.

Had an awesome experience at the Toyota Ferntree Gully today. We just had a wish to view a Toyota car. Met a lovely finance specialist, Ms Georgia Gia. She made things easy, guided the process, gave options and allowed us to decide. It was all worth to go for it. We booked a new car. Aside Georgia, special thanks to Frank and Steve Lui, with thier professional and commitment towards 1st class customer services, we wouldn't have bought the car. It was easy and seemless. Toyota owns an awesome team, I would recommend anyone considering a car purchase to make a trip to Ferntree Gully Toyota. It will be a worthwhile trip.

This place disappoints time and time again. Tried buying a car here a while back, the way the sales staff treated us was nothing short of disgusting.
Today, for convenience sake had my Hilux booked in for an “express service”, dropped it in at 7.30 am and was told it would be ready by 12. That’s express is it?

Walked into the Ferntree gully Toyota dealership and browse. Then I was guided by gentleman, Mr. Andy. He was knowledgeable and attentive to my understandings. Andy helpful, friendly, and not to mention… patient! I felt really looked after. Good customer service. Finally, I put on down payment for the booking. Thank you so much!

Judy and I visited Ferntree Gully Toyota to learn about Camry hybrid cars. Stacey Rumbold looked after us, gave outstanding service and was so friendly and helpful. She emailed extra material and went the extra mile for us. Have I'd enough information and confidence to place an order!

Can’t believe you tell an old lady, who is lucky to do 5000ks a year, that she needs a service twice a year at $500+ each time. Shame on you.

After having purchased up to 10 vehicles from Toyota Ferntree Gully, my father encouraged us to purchase our second Rav4 from here. We sat with Sam to test drive and purchase our new vehicle. Sam was not interested in bothering himself to provide us with rough information about the Rav4 when we asked. He told us to simply scan the Qr Code to get info about the car. We were then told if we make a purchase Toyota ferntree gully will charge us 2-3% of the total vehicle price if we cancel our order prior to arrival. We asked to test drive the car and he seemed hesitant even though we provided our Victorian license. He said he will not allow us to test drive it alone and that he will have to sit with us. We said in the last 6 months we have purchased 3 brand new cars from dealerships and have driven them ourselves. This was the last straw with his incredibly horrible service and no interest in providing information or making a sale. Lucky we left and purchased a a hybrid Rav4 today with Berwick Toyota from Tyson who was such a great guy and will purchase from them from now on. You lost loyal customers and many future sales. Thank you for that.

Scammers & thieves! Force you to pay $2750 for ceramic coating which won’t be applied, not to mention supplying a brand new Hilux rogue with multiple issues. Stay away from this dealership at all costs! Do not fall into their traps & scams even if it means going to another Toyota and waiting a little longer for your vehicle. If they’ve forced you to buy the ceramic coating package, I recommend to have your vehicle checked by independent detailers to confirm it has actually been applied.

Sam is not interested in working. I was 100% about to buy a car from ferntree gully Toyota today but thanks to his ‘new rules’ that only applied to us I got up and left very upset and will not return. Come here if you want to be scammed & treated poorly. Lucky I went to Berwick Toyota. No scams there.

After a brief break from it is a joy to have my full mobility back again, thank you Stacey and the team for finding me the car to help me enjoy life again!

We were fortunate to come across Steve at Fertree Gully Toyota. Steve took our needs on board and was very helpful in finding us a vehicle that best met our needs, at a challenging time when vehicles are in short supply, and lead times lengthy.
