A couple of issues occurred after the service of my Isuzu Mux. Michael and his team were very professional and courteous in fixing the problem promptly at no cost.

He was so helpful, I ordered one today and I'm looking forward to it's arrival

(Updated) Called in to book the 90k servicing on my D-max and got told it'd cost around $140 for the 90k reg service but t. Cool with that and waited my time. Took the ute in only to be told it'd cost $350. Way to go.

To your response, the 100k service price was later brought up as your staff found out thatthe 90k one was done at 81k. And the price for that 100k service was around $650.

So it seems that when you made your reply you were either unfamiliar with your own service pricing or just trying to mess with my review.

Thank you for your reply but don't bother replying if you're not prepared to be honest or accountable for your own mistakes. Humans do make mistakes and it is understandable. What really frustrates people is that when people have to pay for your mistake you won't even own up to it.

I called into see the new ldv ute, the staff were so bloody rude, I wont be going back to purchase anything, another note the staff new nothing about the new model, hey its your bloody job to know

Worst customer service of any dealer ever dealt with. Confirmation of order addressed to wrong person, vehicle delivered with incorrect accessories, in process of correcting panels dented and paint scratched. Over 3 weeks with no communication as to next actions with no return calls unless accompanied by threats.

Pleasant people to do business with, I would highly recommend this dealership very helpful and knowledgeable of the cars they sell.

Dropped into Ferntree Gully Isuzu this week to enquire about the brand new D-Max as an upgrade for my Toyota HiLux. The salesman l spoke to couldn’t have been less inspiring. Stood by as l looked at it in the showroom. Didn’t pump it up, show me any of the listed new features, offer a test drive, or in any way make me want to go any further with my enquiry. There was nothing keeping me there, he didn’t even offer his card, so l walked out. Seriously interested in the new D-Max but l’ll try another dealership.
There is nothing more to this review so please don’t reply with any spin - this is 100% what happened.

I have always found the staff & management of ferntree gully motor group, to be probably the easiest people to deal with when purchasing vehicles I personally cannot recommend these guys highly enough be it Isuzu or Nissan or Volkswagen or any of the other brands they represent.they always go the extra mile to get my business and my business always goes to them, I have tried other dealerships but it's not worth the headache or the heartache.

Was in the market for an Izuzu D-Max and thought I'd give a couple dealerships a call to find myself the best price.

Got speaking with Nity Jarawardane from sales and after him giving me a painfully mind numbing salesman pitch on how they claim to be the best Isuzu dealer ship in the country and how great of a guy he is to his customers, very humbling.

This guy then gives me a quote straight off the Isuzu website. Now, I really hope most people know that a quote build from their national website is merely a top level guidance. Not to mention that there are currently numerous Isuzu dealership adds on Carsales.com.au offering 8k lower than what he gave me as his best quote. Better yet I had called up another dealership earlier and they gave me a quote which was $13,000 below what Nity deemed to be his best price!

I mentioned this to him and he said "If you can show me a written offer from the other dealer at that price, I'LL BET IT and we can sort out payments today. " After sending an emailed copy, he calls me back saying, "sorry, it's bad business for me to take other dealerships customers". Sounds like a sorry excuse for not being able to compete, mate.

Moral of the story? Can't say much for the other salesmen here but I wouldn't be relying on Nity to be getting you a great deal, might be able to talking you into thinking you did, but I'd highly recommend doing your research before you get undercut by little salesman tactics.

Love our new Isuzu MUX. Tom Ahern was great. He was very helpful, readily answered all of our queries and made the process super simple.

My dealings with Nity Jayawardane were of the highest level at no point did I feel under pressure, he was very knowledgeable of the Isuzu range. So I ended up buying the vehicle of my choice and I'm very happy with my new Isuzu, thankyou once again Nity
