Just bought a brand new car through James and Heath at Ferntree Gully Hyundai! Both James and Heath have been nothing but amazing through the entire process over the last 3 months. I couldn’t have hoped for a smoother and easier process, everything was always explained throughly and the experienced was personalised to my needs! Couldn’t have had a better experience buying a car:)

I had an amazing experience at the dealership. The service, hospitality and advice was top-notch. Particularly pleased with the experience I had with Scott, who not only made us feel comfortable, but also gave us very sound advice in buying the right car. I would also want to give a notable mention to Luke, who helped me with the insurance and the warranty. He simplified all the terms and conditions and gave us the best deals he could to safeguard our interests. I travelled all the way from Mernda, but it was a distance worth travelling to get the incredible service.

Honestly the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. My car was stolen so I had to get a new car quickly and From the moment my husband and I walked into the dealer we were greeted by Jason with nothing by smiles, complimentary beverages and the best advice on the car we had our eye on in a completely pressure free zone. Any question we had, Jason could answer on the spot and he was so patient with us while we took our time deciding which car to get. Once we decided on the Tuscon Highlander diesel with the N-Line pack - the whole buying experience with Jason from negotiating price to the finance side of things with Heath was seamless and flawless. They made us feel like No question was too silly to ask. Jason and Heath are incredible at their jobs and never made us feel any unease at any stage during our buying experience. I would absolutely without a doubt, highly recommend FTG Hyundai if you are on the hunt for a new or used car. Incredible team - we can’t thank you enough!

I will keep it short and sweet. The things I liked dealing with FG Hyundai…

Firstly, I was given a good price the very first time I spoke to these guys. How do I know? Because I did my research online and also went to few other dealerships, who were just giving me random numbers. And the explanation given to me for the hike in price was lack of availability of new vehicles.

Secondly, They were very upfront and transparent in relation to the factors that could affect my timeline in regards to model and colour of the vehicle I was interested in. And told me the colours to pick from, without any change in price.

Thirdly, I had a trade in vehicle, the price offered was reasonable and did evaluation of my car within the time of me being in the dealership.

Things that could have been improved? Well, the showroom is under construction so they are sharing space with Kia. So the sales place felt a bit cramped but I am sure, things would be different once they complete the new showroom Nextdoor.

Highly recommend for professionalism, honesty and keeping it real approach towards costumer.

Had my 2018 Tucson serviced by FTG Hyundai. I paid $410 and expected a good job. What I got instead was the rear centre seat belt buckle buried under the seat base, one of the isofix points covered by a covering making it inaccessible, the rear seat base not reinstalled properly and the smell of petrol inside the cabin. (Nb.the fuel filter was replaced which is accessed under the rear seat) With only 2 out of 3 seat belts and 3 out of 4 isofix points accessible in the rear seat when the car was returned to me, it jeopardised the rear seat occupant safety. I spent nearly 45 mins of my own time making it right again. Very reluctant to get my car serviced there again. I’ve decided to get my other Hyundai serviced elsewhere.

This is the second time I've had a good experience, firstly when I bought a new Kia Cerato & secondly when I purchased my Hyundai Tucson. Both time the sales team listened to my requirements & sold me exactly what I wanted. It was a pleasure to do business with them.

George from the preloved car team was fabulous. Bought the car to me for a test drive then gave me the space to make a decision. After several test drives of a very dull Mazda CX30 a CX3, and an Audi Q3 - decided the fun and sassy Kona was for me! George made the purchase process very smooth. Had the car ready within a few days, complete with new tinting, presented it on the day with a big bow and even filled the tank! Great experience.will definately refer friends your way.

Had such a wonderful experience buying a car through FTG hyundai. The customer service is great and they make sure they follow up to check that all is going well and offer a complimentary service after the first 1500kms to make sure everything is running as it should. Very happy with my new car!

I have recently purchased a pre-loved 2021 Hyundai i30 from Brett and Mark G at Ferntree Gully Hyundai. I had an excellent experience purchasing through CD Motor Group, they went above and beyond to make sure my car was perfect! With only 7,000 kms i can't believe i got such a good deal.
Would recommend this Dealership for anyone looking for a new car.
