I took my car there and told him the problem that required fixing, he kept the car for a couple of days, got his apprentice to call me on the first day and tell me "it’s going to be an expensive fix" then rang on the second day to advise cannot source the part required to fix the car, please pick it up. Total invoice for nothing $431.82 + GST. Something is not quite right.oh by the way, fixed it myself for $165.00 in under one hour.

Got my car sorted out, being a different type of car (quite rare)
Being a fairly competent mechanic myself I was scratching my head wondering
