Ferguson Plarre at the Glen is one.
Roy and the team make a delicious coffee the way I like it plus they take the time to know me.

Tried the Apple slice with usual earl grey tea. Never disappoint.

We are back here again and it’s our weekly regular hangout for our coffee and tea leaves tea. And enjoying the weekly cake of day each time. Owner is as usual so friendly and never disappoints
Just wanted to grab a latte and a snack. Came by and all the chicken pies were sold out about 2pm.
Back again for the donut and flourless orange cake. Just too much froth for latte. Iced latte was the usual good.

Back again for a cuppa. Flat white iced earl grey in own cups. And a eclair as afternoon tea.

So grab a iced latte - served in the same cup as a hot one. Surprised but tasted really nice. Not diluted at all!
Has a slice of French vanilla slice. Very tasty custard but the crust was not flaky enough.
But overall ample varieties for snack or a meal if pies are available.
Drinks are good too.

Came to ask about whole cake, and the male staff told me that they are closing, i was just after 5pm. He was so arrogant that did not want even hear me what i have to say. What customer service. Will not go back ever again. If i told my customer u can not help becouse i am closing i would be loosing my job. Customer is Customer. If there rating below zero i would give them.

I work at The Glen and I've been working in retail my whole life. I'm 62 and consider my customer skill to be really good. I pride myself in being able to work in all sorts of different situations that always arise in retail. Today I decided to get a tea at Ferguson Plarre which I have never done before.firstly there method of making a tea surprised me what a joke. I took my tea back to work to find I had a cup full of tea leaves. I thought ide take it back. Wow the guy looked at me and said I'm not getting a refund I should of asked for a teabag. I didn't want a refund I just wanted a cup of tea without all the tea leaves. He was so standoffish it was not funny never met such a rude person. In my experience he should not be in retail. He has no skills in how to handle a complaint and make a good outcome of the whole thing. I'm talking about a $4 tea. Bad Luck Ferguson Plarre. Maybe your stuff need a lot more training in how to handle customers. Cos he was atrocious.

The cafe it’s self is good, however the Indian male Staff are horrible. They’re squatting around the elderly and disabled parking spots smoking the most disgusting cigarettes I’ve ever smelt. Not considerate of the elderly and handicapped

I am a Flat White/Cappuccino drinker and one of the baristas suggested a "Dirty Chai".

Charming lovely staff. They were energetic and pleasant. Lovely coffee and really good with listening to my son with autism.

My favourite place, staff are awesome especially Roy, who look after my coffee almost everymorning. They have a great loyalty program on apps or card. Awesome

Avoid this store! I would rate 0 stars if possible.
The barista there is very rude and discriminate against people with a hearing issue.
If you couldn't hear the order clearly and just want to double check, you won't get a direct answer like Yes or No. The rude barista will yell at you: "Listen to your order! It's your fault! "
This means their customer can't use their phone even though people before them are still waiting. Their customer MUST have good hearing to be able to “Listen to the order". If you miss it, "It's your fault! "
While, when you give feedback on his rude customer service and attitude, he WON'T listen at all, but will throw your coffee away with a vicious face.

I was on the phone checking the doctor's appointment this morning and missed the barista murmuring the order and name. Went to the counter to check, but that's all I experienced this morning.

Roy is the best personality straight to the point!

The kiosk is at the end of the run of an escalator, and outside Coles. It is in a very strategic location to attract potential customers. What it fails to realise is the big change in the demographics in the City of Monash.

Ferguson Plarre in general are behind the trend in decorated cakes, not only in design but also in variety. The work lacks finasse.

With The Glen being extended so many folds than before, the number of bakeries and cafes within the shopping centre have increased substantially. Tough competition, including that from Coles supermarket, will definitely make a dent to the bottom line.

Serving good coffee alone may not fend off competition.

Hopefully they get more good service on the product.the price can be get promotion after 3pm nearly close time.

I like it’s coffee. Today when I was waiting the coffee, I saw the waiter took the returned desert from an old man and then put it back to the glass cabinet. I am really uncomfortable with this during the COVID-19. The manager deny it at first, but I swear I saw it by my own eyes! Then he said he will talk with the waiter. Please train them the basic standards for serving food.

Worst cake I have ever test in my life, I purchase twice, not satisfied, even very Dry and thick and hard, 19 October I ordered a birthday cake, they even forgot to write happy birthday. Even staff are not friendly.not good place to purchase a custom made cake u will be disappointed to see plastic flowers on the cake, they even don’t know to make cream flower too cheep thinking.

Ordered a bunch of things for fathers day via doordash.unfortunately the system messed up (not at the fault of the store!) and some things i had ordered weren't physically there.the caller was extremely friendly great customer service! She offered to exchange the products for some other things that were of equal or higher value.very swiftly done and overall well handled (:

Ordered a cake and picked it from Glen store, found out that there was a crack on top of the cake, manager recons it mysteriously happened after I took it home. Spoke to the head office who did not care much about this issue. Never ever going to buy cakes from this place again.
