The pies and pastries here at Fergusson Plarre are great, but I can’t say the same for the customer service. I have a dietary requirement and asked a simple question regarding this, and the staff couldn’t provide any details, aside from the fact that it would be at my own risk to consume the product in question.

Worst cake I ever eat in my life. It taste like aldi or other supermarkets cake. I found hair on the top of the cake aswell but I forgot to click the picture. Im not recommending this shop for cake.
TOTALLY wastage of money.

The old man in werribee plaza ferguson shop is very rude and abusive. He don't know to talk nicely. Why is he working if he don't want to work.

The Worst Customer Service and Follow up on something ordered Weeks ago for my sons birthday.pathetic.on the day handing over a complete different cake and saying thats what we have as wrong order came in.just ruined the whole birthday.shame atleast keep up with orders plz what is wanted what not.if you guys are capable

I had gone to enquire about a photo cake for my daughters birthday this morning. The girl who served me at the counter was extremely rude and told me that if I wanted a photo cake I should have ordered 4 days ago which I understand. However the manner in which it was conveyed was pretty poor. I then asked what the price of the cake was and she took the book and told me the pricing for 2 cake sizes, again very rude. I have bought many cakes from here before, but never had such a bad experience. Young lady be nice to your customers, they may not know everything about your shop hence they ask questions, please be patient and treat everyone equally.

Terrible customer service (instead of asking to serve next customer waiting in line they just choose whoever they feel like serving next) and surprisingly offer only one size (Large) of milkshake so they either promote obesity in children or they don't intend to sell their milkshake to them or they simply want more profit and don't care much about food/drink waste. Overall the worst Ferguson Plarre franchise store I have ever visited.

The products are very good, in special the coffee, I'm a very frequently customer, and always have been happy but now since they changed the people, ladies are not friendly, not a smile, and sometimes even not thankyou. So the human service should be improved.thankyou.

Visited this place 5 minutes ago however the whole time I was waiting in line, I got ignored by a cashier named Jasmine. Jasmine invited someone who stood behind me in the queue to order and pay first. I was offended and told her right at the spot that I was next in the queue. She ignored me and kept serving the lady who was behind me. Jasmine helped another customer cut the line right in front of me, and when I told her that, there was no apologies what so ever.

Went to get a coffee to support small local business. Days after lockdown in Melbourne two people not wearing masks and one wearing it down her chin when going to serve me.

Horrible with the fact that most of the people seated were elderly and part of a vulnerable population. Not willing to ensure their safety at all.

Good COVID-19 protocols. Friendly, efficient staff. Wide variety of sweet and savoury items for sale. Well packaged take away treats.

The first time we ordered a cake here, it arrived with fingerprint marks in the fondant. Decided to give them a second chance and ordered another cake a few months later. When this cake arrived, it looked absolutely nothing like the advertised picture and it didn't taste great. Apparently the cakes are made off-site at a central location so I'm not sure why there are such quality issues. For the price you pay, you expect the cakes to actually look and taste good. Would not recommend and definitely will not be purchasing again.

Did not have good experience ordering cake. Apparently cakes are baked elsewhere and we have to book in advance, avoid booking on weekends. And if you need anything to be written on the cake you should mention it before Friday, because no one will be present on weekends, something like that. Other than that the milk shakes are tasty.

Easy to order online and pickup at store nominated or order at preferred store great staff the ladies are very friendly helpfull smiles on greeting very polite value for money

I had ordered a chocolate cake for a birthday the cake was not good when I ate it I just felt the taste of sugar and butter nothing else.really disappointed

Quick and friendly service. Food fresh, came to the table very quickly. The only thing.we come here quite often.we spend enough money.we were told if we spent another 5 cents the second coffee would be free.really? For a returning customer I would have just gave that coffee away for that 5 cents being short. But overall.good.
