1 star is too much for this franchise. The service is absolutely disgusting specifically the attitude of the owner. Her stand-offish and demeanour towards her customers is appalling as said by many others below! Word of advice - customers expect good service just as much as good food!

I only had a coffee here today, but I have not in such a long time seen such hardworking staff.
It reminds me of 30 years ago when I started working at McDonalds and their customer service and cleanliness standards where very high, and my manager had the motto "time to lean time to clean"
The staff today where constantly cleaning and clearing up
No standing around like you see in many other establishments.
Will definitely be back here again.

Ordered a cake for a birthday and was really happy with the cake. I love how the manager helped during the process. I love ordering from here and been a regular for sometime. Staff is professional and friendly at Casey. Keep up the excellent work.

I bought 2 lovely chocolate cakes which were $6 each to have for sweets but when I went to eat them they were so hard I thought they were just for show in the cabinet. Very disappointed

Went 2 days ago on a Wednesday morning at 10am for a hot chocolate and a toastie just to be told that they can't make me a toastie because they had run out.
For goodness sake Coles is just opposite from you just go pick up a few things instead of telling your customers that you can't serve them.
Im just lost for words thats just terrible customer service in my eyes.

Great team, excellent service and good range from breakfast to lunch and a quick bite for dinner.

Really appreciate how they take time here at Casey Central to train new employees and give them an opportunity to learn new skills.

Prices are on par with other places, but the owners are wonderful and staff make the difference.

Hi there l had steak pie today it was fine but your mini egg bacon and mini pastie for price there was not much in them they look good but you are better off buy a full pie for less

5/5 says it all great coffee excellent staff and service I love my coffee and they made it the way I like it strong and hot face are in place with staff

Serve by a lady trainee which was nice and super friendly and helpful. When I ask a question, a full time staff name SH, took over. Rough on packing my cake and not providing any answer to my question. Was rushing to finish my sales. Overall experience was bad.

Very friendly but never obsequious and always ready to help. Never seem to be short-staffed, never seem to keep anyone waiting too long and the place is spotlessly clean. Occasional issue with coffees not being stirred as well as they might be, but that's a trifling complaint because, once properly stirred, the coffee is delicious.

Although the cakes are absolutely delicious, the service here is quite atrocious! Ordered a cake online for pickup and on the day of the pickup, I was repeatedly told that they have no record of the order! Furthermore, although I ordered a birthday cake, they would not write anything on the top of the cake as "this is something that they don't do"!

The staff here are incredible, the coffee is fantastic, and its half the price you pay in Melbourne CBD. I'm only here temporarily before being deployed elsewhere for work, I'm going to miss my fantastic morning Coffee and friendly chat with the Manager.

I got a wedding cake from Ferguson in casey central. The cake was awesome.but this review is for the manager SHANNON. She is super helpful and she guided me to pick the right size. The older lady there clearly has attitude problems. Learn to respect your customers. Rude, impolite and down right appalling. Never again!
