Came in and brought a salted caramel eclairs and didnt no it may have been yesterday’s as i got very sick from it with diarrhea will not be buying anything from here again

Received great customer service. Best iced coffee I’ve received from a cafe in a long time. Can’t go past a chocy eclair. Store looked very clean and inviting!

Decent place. Friendly staff who accommodate coffee instructions perfectly. Also got my son's birthday cake from there. Happy to support a local business and community.

This shop is in Manor lakes central shopping center, I bought the chocolate sponge on the run cake for our occasion and I would say it was an amazing fresh cake, I will try their vanilla flavor next time. Great customer service, they also have pie, pasties and rolls including veggie rolls. The cakes are halal. Also would recommend to try their delicious donuts, very fresh and creamy.

My review is based on my observation and experience over the period of time. I agree with some reviews that the staff doesn’t have good customer service. The coffee is average for the price and is served very hot sometimes. Their food is costly and even the cakes are not fresh. Looks like they are sitting there for long but the owner chooses to sell them rather than getting rid of them. The guy who is the owner and is present there most of the time is rude and has zero sense of customer service… All he wants is people to keep buying his products without expecting anything else not even a good customer service. He doesn’t like if you sit in his sitting area if you have bought something takeaway from him and didn’t tell them before that you will use the sitting area. Looks like his staff is also not happy with him. It will be better he sells off this franchise and invest his time and money somewhere else as dealing with customers doesn’t look like his cup of tea.

Got two coffee this morning as a regular customer, one was great as always but the other tasted like it had cleaning rinse in it, if you’re going to run a cleaner through the machine you have to re prime it, if I do go back I’ll be certain to test the coffee before leaving the counter, it’s disappointing because they’re usually good and the service is friendly

Didn't taste acidic or bitter however the coffee was very weak and tasted watered down. I don't like coffee too strong but this tasted like it had less than 1 shot and the colour was verry light. Would have been lovely if it had more espresso. 2.5/5

Great service, the manager Chole kindly replaced two coffees for me that split due to a faulty cup tray. Chole was amazing about the situation and is a very kind person. Thank you again Chole for your exceptional customer service.

What happened to those cute eclairs? This was my "go to" for my 4 year old and my 92 year old mother who would scoff down those baby eclairs. Pies are excellent. Lots of seating.
