I adore this store. The furniture is incredibly colourful and stylish. I've purchased a few presents from here, including the fabulous glass square crystal candlesticks. The quality is outstanding, and their store has such a vibrant and playful atmosphere.

The best sales team and after sales. I purchased a Romeo dining & coffee table. Both of the marble tops had chips/ imperfections in them. Notified Fenton&Fenton straight away and they contacted me to notify that they will be sending brand new items again next week. Hopefully these ones don’t have any imperfections but I know that in the case that they do, they will swap them over again straight away! Will definitely be purchasing from here again

Hello I had an order from Fenton Fenton delivered to me but was not my order! It was the wrong order I emailed and was told to print out new mailing slip to which I had to get my daughter come do because I don’t have a printer then I told the lady it was a very large box she said it was only two platters but the package was huge I had to take back to post office myself to post back, I’m in my 70s! The lady told me she would send my correct parcel by express post to which I still have not received or any trackng details, but I do note they have received the order I sent back to them, I got the wrong order and I felt service was not good at all in return help having to print out slip and return my self maybe include a return slip and get courier to pick back up wrongly delivered item might help service! I love the things you sell but very disappointed with this service this time around. GAI

So pleased with the prompt fair customer service today. I made an online purchase, realised I didnt click apply for the discount I had and they quickly responded to my enquiry if it could be applied and honoured in retrospect. They happily amended immediately! Very thankful. Also have received holographic champagne flutes previously which are gorgeous.

A strange woman was working the floor last Sunday or perhaps she just wandered in off the street to play shops? She had a twitch in her eye or was it a wink? She was mean, mocking and as it turns out she was lying about stock orders. Why?
I’d rather have spent my time shopping but she was quite determined to prevent me from buying anything. She really was just having the best time behaving badly.
For the worst (and most bizarre) retail experience ever 5 Stars!

I was a completely disorganised and hadn’t clocked the early closing time on Christmas Eve, but the most wonderful Shelley stayed late to help me out with a gift for my brother and sister-in-law. The team whom I’ve encountered, Chris and Shelley, and have been so warm, so invested in customer service and just gorgeous. 10000/10 recommend them. Kindest people in retail.

I had the absolute best customer experience at Fenton and Fenton. Nick in the Melbourne showroom was hugely helpful in helping me find the right item for my room. He took his time explaining about the piece and also the logistics of ordering and delivery. Nothing was too much trouble. Once I had made the purchase he helped communicate with the delivery company to ensure my item could fit through the relevant areas in my house. The delivery partners were also amazing. Very polite and careful in my home to set up the drawers. I cannot rate the experience highly enough and absolutely love my new drawers. I’ll definitely look to purchase from this brand again. Thank you Nick and thank you Fenton and Fenton!

I’m very like Fenton’s design just don’t have any pleasant experience with their delivery service. Ordered a dining table recently, advised table is ready to ship to me on 1st Dec. Since then, no one from either Fenton or the logistic company contacted me updating anything. Raised the issue to Fenton & the logistic company two weeks later, no any progress. Well appreciated Fenton staff followed up checking any further update. I just don’t know how difficult it will be to find out where is your item and when it shall be delivered.
Very disappointed, not too sure whether to purchase anything in the future.

I love this store! My apartment is beginning to look like the fenton and fenton showroom! From cushions to console, dining table and rugs, every product brings joy. And I didn't mention the artwork. It's taken a couple of years to pull it all together and I couldn't be happier. The staff have been consistently helpful and interested.

Whilst the et have some wonderful items, shipping is excruciating slow and customer service terrible. Would not purchase from again

Bought leather strapping chairs and a marble table. One of the chairs snapped completely the first time someone sat on it. Sill no resolution from customer service and still no notification about when the marble table will actually be shipped. Very disappointing.

Had received an item which turned out to be slightly faulty but the customer service team did an excellent job to rectify the situation. Happy with my purchase now and hopefully will be purchasing more items in the future (if only I could afford it)

WARNING
I bought a Woodrow dining table at Fenton and Fenton which less than 3 months after purchasing was covered in stains!
This was despite using place mats, and simply using the table for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
I feel the quality of the stain used by Fenton and Fenton is substandard/cheap which makes it
impractical to use as a dinning table.
I contacted the store to inform them of my situation and was advised to contact a company who could restain my table for a mere $1300!
This company also mentioned that they are frequently contacted by other Fenton Fenton customers with exactly the same issue.
So I would just like to warn other would be buyers, if you a looking for a “show piece”-a table to admire from afar then spend $2900, but if you are looking for a dining table you can actual use as a dining table, I would steer clear of the Woodrow Dinning table unless you are willing to spend an additional $1300,
making the real cost of your new table $4200!

My experience has been pretty positive so far with F&F, placed an order on Friday and received most of my orders (one is a pre-order which am happy to wait) the following Tuesday, courier service was also good (txt message to inform me the status and driver took care when unload my furnitures). Noticed a couple of stains on my new dhurrie, emailed and received same day response to organise a professional clean (no new stock in australia so am happy with this option). Also on the same day, received a txt message informing me courier will contact me to pick up dhurrie for cleaning and return afterwards.so far, very happy with my experience, keep it up!

I wanted to refrain from writing a review but the experience I’ve had is questionable (the courier service was the straw, as a bit of a spoiler). I purchased six leather chairs which were described as natural but when they arrived had a blush finish - the products themselves are beautiful however I didn’t think they were advertised accurately on the website so I began the process of trying to return the items. I rang within 1 hour of reviewing the chairs and spoke to a lovely person (Laura) who noted that I could return them and that she would email me an invoice. To cut a long story short there were seven emails sent to them following up the no response, the store credit position when it qualified for a refund. Eventually we got there and they refunded it but it wasn’t smooth sailing and there are opportunities of improvement.

Today, the courier who I paid $100 to pick up the chairs have told me 12-2.30pm. It’s 4.30pm and I’m still waiting. I’ve spoken twice to the company and they have advised the drivers will call me - nothing. Sigh. There are bigger problems, and id rather spend time attending to those then this situation.

Ordered furniture twice and I am completely blown away! Beautiful products and very fast delivery. Keep looking at their beautiful art pieces and furniture. Definitely will buy something again.
