Service was sloppy, very unpleasant experience. Just bought a backpack and left feeling rushed. Staffs were too lazy to pull a welcoming expression from start to finish. The two stars was for the backpack of course:) Fendi has some decent bags, but after this experience, there are other designer brands out there for me and I won’t look back to Fendi ever again.
Great service from the lovely SA. Rachael was fabulous and very helpful. Walked out with two item.
