Absolutely hopeless, disorganised, unprofessional and unresponsive bunch of staff that cannot communicate to save their lives. Don't waste your time purchasing from here when there's so many other luxury brands that provide the service & experience to back it up.
Visited to buy a pair of sneakers and earrings which I was so excited about, William who assisted us firstly did not greet us in a friendly manner. Terrible terrible service not once did he smile with us and was very serious throughout. Do not recommend the Collins street store I’ve always had a great experience at every designer store but was extremely unsatisfied with my experience unfortunately.

Eventually if you can ever get to speak to some one on the phone the service is usually excellent. Very frustrating to actually get through to them via phone.
DO NOT BUY ONLINE IF YOU WANT TO CLAIM TAX
Just a general info for customers buying online, GST is NOT claimable for an online purchase through the TRS scheme. They DO NOT provide an ABN on their online purchase invoices and calling up Fendi eCommerce Australia they said "Only tourist buy in store and NOT online", "residents of Australia buy in store and not online". Residents are not meant to claim tax when going out and bringing the item back in. I do not understand why residents of Australia cannot just bring the item out and not back in as I buy it for gifts.
As I live in WA, my only store is online as Fendi do not have any boutiques here. I'm sure not all states have a boutique either. I personally think this is wrong and to subject residents of Australia to only but in store only if you would like to claim tax, maybe you should have a Fendi boutique or outlet everywhere in Australia!
The conditions of sale does not stipulate not being able to claim GST and as a customer paying tax on the product we should be able to claim tax back for any purpose.
Fantastic and accommodating service! I was greeted with a very friendly and considerate smile, they provided opinion and suggestion for the purchase of my new Fendi combat boots, which suited my style in the end over my initial selection. They gave advice for sizing and were happy for me to try on whatever I liked. Shows they're actually passionate for their fashion. Great store! Thanks!
