I first saw Ilana about 7ish months ago now. I had some personal gut related issues and Ilana treated me initially with acupuncture and herbs and then only herbs as covid hit. She also gave me advice regarding modifications that I could make to my diet along Chinese Medicine principles.

The herbs were not fun but I eventually got used to them. Ilana was supportive and checked in with me, dropped extra supplies to my house and posted them when I was away.

Today, I have pretty much no symptoms, am off the herbs and am very grateful to be free of the reason that I sought her services in the first place.
