Felicity Holistic Care

-Job security for support workers are very weak. Been working diligently and honestly with this company for a year and suddenly i've been cut out completely from the roster and when I follow up on email, no one replies.

- sometimes shifts are taken out in less than 24 hrs without any phone communication.

I've been working with a child protection client for around a year and that client is diagnosed with several mental health conditions with past and ongoing history of lies and blames on support workers the client doesn't like especially brown skin colour because she is racist. One day on a shift, the client called child protection and apparently the child protection officer heard some foul words over the phone while talking with the client and the client has mentioned my name. I was in a safety room at that moment due to her violent behaviour she exhibits at that moment whereby I could hear her speak on the phone. The client normally require two support workers and both of them have retreated in the safety room.
The client could have played something on the phone itself (big fan of tiktok) or on another device on which those foul words were heard.
The next day i was called in a meeting with HR, director and general manager to explain what happened and the second support worker was called too. I was told there will be an investigation and that shall be fixed by the end of the week and that for the time being I will be temporary taken out of roster.
Weeks past by, even months, i kept following up, the reply was ' child protection is still investigating'. 4 months later (followed up few times again), still haven't been put on a roster and I waited. I decided to called Child protection myself and appararently there I have clearance to work and there is no case on me.

Therefore, it 's understood that the company did not want to put me back to work and other few staffs have experienced and mistreated the same way until they
lost their job.

Working from 2 years with FHC as HS. Management takes all feedback on board and act on it, and always there for support.

Really terrible support service, different workers every day, some days no worker showed up. I asked for copies of the case notes from when I hired them - for my support coordinator at my annual review. No one bothered to respond to my calls or emails, and they certainly did not produce the case notes. Totally unprofessional.

It looks like these glowing reviews are their staff, friends and people they met at an expo, not many real people with disabilities.
