Tried to cancel my membership over the phone multiple times over 3 years only to be told it couldn’t be done.i no longer lived in the area and could not just pop in. They Continued to take money from my account for over 3 years after I first tried to cancel my membership even though I rang constantly and explained I could not visit in person as I did not live in this town anymore. Not a single staff member would help me, I contacted the Facebook, rang, emailed and everything trying to find a single staff member that could just tell me how I could Have it stopped. Finally after Covid, I was in town and went in there the man at counter didn’t even ask for ID, he clicked one button and cancelled my membership In 2 seconds. So the ‘couldn’t do it over the phone’ story is just a lie so they can keep taking money off people. It’s my advice to Stay as far away from this business as possible, they have scammed hundreds if not thousands off me.

Great gym. Unfortunately their contracts involve predatory behaviour that essentially charge you longer than your contract end date, with no form of notification to let you know you're in need of cancelling to prevent further direct debits, so watch out for that. Would recommend any other gym in the area.

Good value. Started here at 65, now at 75, I still go 6 days a week for less than $2 a day.and eat what I like.

Would not recommend this gym. I have emailed them months ago for a request for a refund for my gym membership due to Covid-19, as i have decided to relocate my premises but they haven't responded back to me which I find very unprofessional and disappointing.

Lots of equpiment. But very very busy during peak times
