No credibility regarding their own decisions, no respect for student policies as even after clearing GTE process, paying one year full amount of fee according to their condition, after receiving the fee, the university withdrew the application, devastating experience.

The worst university I have applied for this university for my bachelor's as I have got the deadline of 2 june but they changed the deadline till 25 may without informing the student and agency and I was stuck on my gte and they deferred this to next intake and I have requested to.give extension but they declined.

Lot of negative feedbacks recently. International Students are getting failed. Long delay with admission process, one year fee required now for admission

High quality teaching, resources and many internship opportunities. Definitely a top 3 University to study IT in Victoria.

Toxic students who bully and harass other students, toxic people in power who sweep it under the carpet, disgusting and disgraceful uni campuses, fridges full of alcohol around young people who have stolen it and consumed it, deplorable behaviour and conduct

Literally the most unprofessional, unorganized, ridiculous university.
The attitude is terrible, very little support and willingness to help.
Don’t waste your time studying here.

Lecturers were of a high quality and online teaching was really well conducted for the BAM.
However, the disability support services and administration were shockingly unprofessional. The disability support service representative was probably the most unprofessional encounter I’ve had in my adult life. 6 months to partially fill a disability support plan despite having a template from another university and pretty simple instructions outlined by medical professionals. Complaints process not easy to access and delt with inhouse rather than separate body. It was a disservice having disability services and I decided to scrap the process and never applied nor contacted disability services again. No other university has had an issue with this, as they say, rotten from the top, in great need of culture change. I was hoping that the university’s recent furlough process during the pandemic would remove some of these toxic staff, but it seems as though (somehow) they have remained.

Very easy to get there, there could be more disability parking closer. The Cafe had great sandwiches and most important great coffee.

The warm welcome that we received after arriving to the campus was beyond our expectations. The staffs here were excited seeing first international students arrival after 2 year's of their border closure. Everyone here are so friendly and humble. Looking forward to enjoy our coming days.

I'm studying certificate 3 in painting and decorating with Robert Pergolizzi teaching. Blokes a great teacher, shame to hear he's leaving. Wish him the best 5 star teacher

I'm in my third year of my cert III in painting and decorating and Robert Pergolizzi has been an amazing help though this whole process these last couple of months. Don't know if I could've done it without him.

Appeal, ATMC, Melbourne, Lonsdale street issue
The indian lady who work in ATMC and manage student time table (Level 2, melbourne, lonsdale street, admin section) is very rude in nature.she should be taught how to behave with the students. Her body structure and big big eyes made me feel that she is there just to scare students. She talks very roughly and in a mannerless way.i don't know what she thinks of herself but she should understand that students also deserve respect. I hope concerned authority will take my feedback seriously and fire that indian lady from her current position as soon as possible.

This university is highly rated due to the high level of commitment from all sources.
-Lecturers, tutors, and on-site support such as David Waldron and library staff like Cheryl Claridge.
-The joint collaboration between universities such as Deakin, Monash and Federation means that a difficult book can be found in moments.
-International programs connects students with other travelling students from countries such as China and England. This program also lets students study overseas in placements like England.
-Events are frequently organised for students living both on and off campus to connect sich as trivia nights and dinners.
-Federation is only a ten minute drive from the city centre. There is plenty to do throughout the year, and Ballarat has plenty of dining and wellbeing opportunities.

I am proud to call myself a graduate of this fantastic university!

I am studying at FedUni Ballarat Business School. This university is putting incredible effort in its students.

+ Enquiries are always getting answered (you do not need to follow up)
+ Excellent quality of lectors
+ Academic and scientific based courses
+ Very helpful staff throughout all departments
+ Not bureaucratic but personal
+ Beautiful, clean and green environment
+ Very friendly and safe atmosphere

In sum, a great place to learn, meet other (international) students and get great learning outcomes for future professionals. As a student, you can definitely place your trust in FedUni.
