Feathertop Winery reviews
26 Such a fantastic spot with amazing views. Mel was so lovely and facilitated a fun, engaging and relaxed tasting - amazingly generous with her time (and humour).
Kids were accommodated with sausage rolls, parents with cheese!
We loved it!
Just had an amazing dream wedding at this now private vinyard venue.
The views are to die for. As are the sureounds
Everything but the weather was 10 out of 10 perfect.
Massive thank you to Courtney and the tram at feathertop, and to Tom and the caterers.
I have only visited whilst the venue was closed to the public, but what a top spot!
Beautiful outdoor venue and glorious vistas
Book in and enjoy the breathtaking views of Mt Buffalo just across the valley
The rooms situated above the winery are superb
Very relaxing atmosphere and great staff
Private function in the evening, delightful venue, friendly helpful staff, tasty canapes, so good to have a variety of local drinks to choose from.
Thank you.
Amazing private wine tasting. Delicious wines and fantastic service. View is incredible! Will definitely be back. Thankyou mel
Just amazing! Fantastic custom service, the wine is great and their platers are so yummy and fresh!
We had a lovely time under the vines with a gorgeous view of Mt Buffalo, as we could enjoy our drinks while the kids had a blast in their playground.
We've seen this winery grow over the last 10 years and we just love it!
Just had a girls weekend here. What a fantastic weekend. Fantastic staff and beautiful place. Definitely worth a visit.
A beautiful place with very friendly owner and staff. We had our family holiday at Mt Buffalo and stayed in Feathertop Winery. We were happy with our choice. The apartment is very spacious, generously equipped with top tier appliances. The food hamper was very yummy and the views from the balcony are astonishing.
Just spent a lovely weekend here with a couple of girlfriends. The wine was delicious and the assortment of local products awaiting us in the apartment upon arrival added that extra something special to our stay. A wonderful assortment of cheese and crackers and local products such as olives, dukkah, fresh ciabatta bread and olive oil were the makings of a delicious platter to accompany the delicious feathertop wine.
We had a truly relaxing weekend here, taking in the absolutely breathtaking views Mount Buffalo and of course the beautiful scenery of the vineyard itself.
We had an exceptional experience at Feathertop Winery doing the 'Pedal and Picnic' tour. Highly recommend. Very friendly staff and vineyard workers. A beautiful property.
Beautiful Vineyard and great Wine Tasting.
This is an extremely scenic vineyards in the foothills of the Australian Alps and just opposite Mount Buffalo National Park.
You can freely roam around the vineyard and it offers incredible photo opportunities.
The Winery is also very nice and for a small fee of 5$ you get to taste 12 different wines - and this fee also counts as credit for any wine purchases made in the store.
A great place to spend a little while taking in the nature and tasting some great wines.
We had a lovely Monday Cup weekend at Feather. With stunning views over the mountains and a wonderful outdoor garden area it's a beautiful spot to pass the time with a few bottles of wine and a cheese platter.
Rather than order a cheese platter you build your own, select what cheeses, crackers and other food you fancy, pay and then you're ready to eat!
Feathertop is a picturesque venue for everyone, especially cyclists with only a short ride from Bright.
They messed up our order, the chicken salad was bland and the service was incredibly slow. When we mentioned the slow service to one of the senior members of staff the response was “unfortunately it’s just like that”
You know when you visit a place and get that generosity of spirit from the people working there? Not here. They only let you try a tiny selection of their wines - I wanted to try all their Italian reds and nope, none on offer. So we grabbed some cold meats and bread along with a glass of wine and sat ourside. A "lean" pour of my shiraz added to the feeling. Avid wine buyer, went home without ordering anything from Feathertop.
Went for drinks and lunch and although the place was only a third full we were told they couldn't seat us. Went to Ringer Reef just down the road and they had some tasty wine.
Came here 3 years ago and had fond memories of great dining and cusomter service. On our return we found the customer service has dropped as well as the food. Ordered sparkling we got fresh water, ordered potatoes they never showed up. Service was slow and waitress looked more interested in cleaning up. Food was good but not extraordinary and does not match the price we paid. But the views have not changed!
I have great memories here. My partner and I took one of their blankets outside and enjoyed the sun with a glass of red. We had a minor spillage accident (funny!) but the location and wine was good enough it didnt matter. Worth a stop most definitely.
Such a lovely place, we had our anniversary over there, which was recommended by a friend in Bright, and the food and drink are amazing, price is also resonable, will come back for sure!
Wouldn’t serve us as “they only had one waitress”, offered us a cheese board to go on a picnic? Place wasn’t even 25% full
