Custom Bball Jersey's were made exactly as designed on the website, shipped exactly on schedule and are great quality, no problems at all.

Terrible customer service. Was lied to multiple times as to when the jerseys would be shipped. I was promised the would be dispatched within 25 business days which was a lie. They then proceeded to tell me it would be dispatched within the following week which was a lie. The package while being dispatched extremely late, is now being delayed in the post. Terrible service and beyond slow delivery.

Placed an order for 8 jerseys with FE Custom. After initially promising shipping in 15 days it was extended to 25 days. After paying extra for express shipping 2 months later and I have yet to receive the ordered jerseys from FE Custom.

Would not recommend.

I am still yet to actually receive the jerseys that I have ordered just about 2 months ago which is frustrating. Especially when I'm getting an email asking me to provide feedback to the company who hasn't delivered the goods yet.
I'm sure the jerseys will be awesome though. Just figure out a faster way to send them off pls.

Ordered jerseys for my brother and I and we love it! Shipment/delivery took longer than expected because of covid delays however worth the wait. The colours per the customiser on the website are accurate and the quality of the material and print is very high! The only feedback I have is to remove the size of the jersey on the bottom right corner - a bit odd and I can imagine some people wouldn't be comfortable having their size displayed for all to see. Overall very happy with the purchase!

The quality is amazing and communication is good if there’s any delays.
My only recommendation is that you order one size up from your regular size as they are the slim fit style (like a footy jersey). Upper body fits fine, almost loose and the torso is tight. Was like this for every player’s jersey of every size, shape and fitness. Order one size too big and it should be perfect.

Third excuse: we have unprecedented demand at our manufacturing facility so we are experiencing delays

Totally unacceptable, we haven’t been offered a discount or any form of compensation for the fact our season is well underway and we have no uniforms or even the vaguest idea when we will receive them.
