Fayrouz Cafe reviews
29 Friendly staff and very courteous. Great coffee and brunch!
We are regular costumers
This is a gem in Caroline Springs! The food served is of a good portion and taste. The takeaway sweets are my go-to choice for gifts when visiting friends.
What a fantastic first experience in Caroline Springs. I can see we're going to become regulars here.
Great atmosphere, food, and service.
Can't go wrong
Andreas and Sandra your smiles makes me come back
Took my friend and her 2 kids here and they have never felt so uncomfortable at a restaurant before. We weren’t acknowledged at all whilst we waited for a table, the person serving us once we sat down seemed like she didn’t want to be there.and after asking for water for the table from her she still didn’t bring it, I ended up scanning the room and grabbing it myself. Even as we were leaving, there was still no friendly service from the staff.just to acknowledge your customers and saying “thank you, have a good day/night” really makes a difference. I hope it’s not a common experience for others as I wouldn’t wish this upon any family that just want to enjoy dinner together with a friendly service.
Attended this wonderful café/restaurant last night for my brothers birthday. We ordered the mixed grill platters that were packed with delicious food, we had to take some home because we were all so full!
Quality & pricing of the food itself was fantastic and great value for money, the customer service was also very welcoming and prompt! They made my brothers night extra special as they put on a Lebanese birthday song and brought him a beautifully presented chocolate cake/dessert with a 'Happy Birthday' message on the plate (we didn't even request it) it was just such a kind gesture and really peaked our admiration for this place, we will definitely be back! Keep up the great work guys:)
We came to this restaurant at 10: 45PM. Mind you they close at 11PM. They greeted me with a beautiful smile. The owner came and greeted us personally. We ordered a Falafel and Hummus plate, it was perfectly cooked and seasoned. My friend ordered a Mixed grill plate and it was on point as well! The service was great and exceptional. I recommend this restaurant to anybody who wants to try an authentic middle eastern food.
I'm not sure why, but we assumed we would be safe at midday to indulge in some skewers, maybe have a Fattouch Salad for lunch. Unfortunately, that joy was only available on the menu from 5pm onwards.
From the 7am-2pm menu, both of us opted for the Middle Eastern Brekkie. The portion size was generous, but the poached eggs were overcooked and the sujuk and grilled halloumi were cold. However, the beetroot dip was incredibly delicious!
My long black coffee was perfectly brewed, and the mixed Baklava I took away was delightful.
The service was okay.
We are eager to return in the evening and explore the menu starting from 5pm. We also look forward to trying more Arabic Sweets.
It's a shame staff are so rude and your order is often missing items as the food that you do get is tasty.
I hesitate to go here as always let down by rudeness and lack of items.
We have ordered a hot chocolate and a cappuccino for take away. Good customer service and the drinks were also good. They also have sandwiches and zatar breads to choose from. The sweets were looking delicious. A must try!
They were trying to over accommodate and as a result we had to change tables 4 times. Staff was really nice and food was nice too though although experience was already partially spoilt before
Great food. And an even better introduction to Lebanese food; with a clear menu and friendly staff, I'll be a regular!
Found the Cafe extremely noisy, service was amazing. Staff super friendly and pleasant to be around.
Stale sweets. Dry and hard knafeh.
And that's what I have to serve my guests at home from Fayrouz.
Had fatteh with chicken for breakfast. Chicken was dry and looked like deep fried chunks of chicken breast. The dish was flavoursome however chicken pieces were a put off. Good coffee, slices that kids had were way too sweet. Good ambience friendly staff.
Great place for later night dessert. Very busy but very accommodating. We were a group of 8 had no booking and they were able to seat us pretty quickly. Friendly staff. Baklava was good and prices very reasonable and decent size serves
Great food, and even better service.
Such a nice spot as well, and the design of the restaurant is excellent.
VERY RUDE PEOPLE, DONT KNOW HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMERS, i requested my order to be a certain way over the phone, when arrived to the store the lady and apparently boss blamed me for there mistake! So rude and do not deserve to own a shop because they dont know to treat customers and respect people! Dont put words in my mouth i never said! Never again you dont deserve my money!
This is the best place for me with my family 1 taste beautiful food, 2 friendly staff, 3 very clean, 4 So much variety, lastly 5 my whole family loves everything we order here. The decoration is very harmonious each time I sit inside this place I feel so relax and home.
The place is very nice and clean. I come back here for their baklava and meat pies. I made a mistake of buying from their tempting looking selection of mini cake squares for a second time though. The first time, I didn’t really like the ones I bought because they were quite dense and dry and very sweet. A second time I thought I’d choose a different set but.sadly it tasted the same - dry and just sweet.
