Excellent same day service. Professional but friendly. They were able to located a good quality second hand part to repair my Brother MFC. Saved me money and the work was completed within 40 minutes. This business deserves to succeed. Highly recommeded.

Seriously these guys are amazing! Don't waste your time going anywhere else.

We had an issue with our Brother Printer (only 8 months old). It kept shutting down and restarting. We ended up buying a brand new printer (same type), printed for awhile and then had the same issue. Was on hold with Brother for 40 minutes and they couldn't help.

Called FaxComm and in 2 minutes over the phone. PROBLEM SOLVED!

As a new client of Nitesh, I was delighted with the friendly, helpful, and competent way he dealt with my printer problem. Within a matter of minutes the problem was fixed, he gave instructions as to how to avoid the same problem going forward, and offered ongoing service. A refreshing response when large organisations often treat you as a nuisance.

10/01/2022 Rang up to get printer serviced and repaired but prior to sending a tech out they noted that i had actually purchased extended warranty, and i should contact Kyocera instead
So in fact they saved me over $400 plus dollars as the part was replaced under Warranty today.
Very honest and great to deal with

Faxcomm Solutions is a very professional company. I brought my Kyocera printer for them to look at. Nitesh and David were excellent to deal with, courteous and knowledgeable. They were able to diagnose the problem and fixed it on the spot. I know I can rely on them to fix my printer problem and a reliable supplier of my printer toner in future.

Easily diagnosed my HP Colour Laserjet over the phone and had it repaired the next morning after I dropped it in. Great service, great price, would recommend to anyone.

Nitesh was friendly and provided great service. Responsive, professional and straight to the point.
Dropped of printer in the afternoon. Picked up printer the next day and has been working great since.

Our Law firm has used Faxcomm for over 17 years - they have looked after all of our photocopying needs. Nitesh is a great communicator and very easy to deal with. We have never had any problems with them and would happily recommend them to anyone. Sadly - due to Covid -19 we are moving to a regional town and have to start over. I overheard Nitesh on the phone while I was waiting and he was treating whoever he was speaking to (not sure but I think it was an energy company) very poorly/rudely/cruelly.
I don't like to support that sort of behaviour and wouldn't want to deal with him if something wen't wrong with my printers and he didn't agree with me.
Plus, I found equal/cheaper options available with only a little research

Won't be getting my business. The man I spoke with, or should I say who spoke at me, claimed he owned the business and was very unpleasant to deal with. Firmly telling me what I should and shouldn't do while dismissing my questions with "darl" and "sweetheart" just because I'm a young woman. Not the kind of people I would want to have to deal with after I made a purchase.

I purchased a printer from Faxcomm and after a little over a month it stopped working. They refused to cover it under warranty and demanded the full servicing fee, likely because they knew I was desperate. I continued to have major problems with the printer and could not get any honourable support from them right up until my business was forced to close due to the Covid-19 saga.
They clearly do not value doing the right thing.
