I was visiting on holidays and dropped in to Fawkner to have a “low tyre pressure” message on my car checked out. The boys spent about an hour checking all the tyres in the water bath … no apparent issue. When I went to pay there was no charge because he said he hadn’t solved my problem. He’d certainly put my mind at rest. Great customer service … many thanks.

The Best Service!
I needed a spare wheel for my vehicle – it only comes with a small compressor and a can of tyre repair – certainly not good for travelling in the bush. A new factory rim with tyre would have cost me nearly $2000. Plus, I would have to purchase a jack and wheel brace.

I asked Abdul (Ab) from Fawkner Wheels and Tyres if he had an old rim he could fit a tyre to. He hunted around and found a rim from another European brand with the same stud pattern that fitted my car like a glove. As my vehicle has large brake callipers, finding a suitable rim was a difficult task. With a good condition second hand tyre I was ready to go for $150. Not only that, he gave me a scissor jack and wheel brace FOR FREE!

FWT and Abdul’s knowledge of different wheels, something Ab takes pride in, saved me a small fortune! Thanks FWT. A loyal customer for ever!

**Update**
When I backed my car over a sharp gutter two days before Christmas and destroyed a tyre, Abs and Omar from FWT got my non-standard tyre delivered in an Uber and fitted it so I could travel over Christmas. I can't thank you enough for going above and beyond yet again.

I don't think you're gonna find a better wheel shop than Fawkner Wheels & Tyres.

Not only did they spend ages with me trying to decide what rims to buy, but they spent even longer helping to diagnose and resolve an issue that turned out to be defective tyres (not at all their fault).

If other businesses took HALF as much pride in their work at the boys at FWT, the world would be a better place.

Recently had a lot of trouble with the wheel alignment on my subaru outback. No one, including the subaru dealership could rectify the problem. I tried FWT and Abdul did a great job getting the problem sorted - finally the car tracks true! Thanks Abdul, ill be back for tyres next!

I have been dealing with Abz and Omar for over 10 years, they have always been honest and have given great advise. I had trouble with my new ranger with mechanics not being able to service it, these guys have been doing it for me with no issues at all for the past 3 years. Never had any issues with my tyre purchases/repairs or alignments. Best in the business.
