Took Teddy in for his yearly check up & his vaccination, it went really well he was a very brave boy & his Vet Dr Madeleine was amazing

The staff here made our very sad day today into one that we will never forget. Huge thanks to Mandy that made us feel at ease from the moment we walked in to our Vet Dr Paige who is without a doubt one of the most caring and professional vets that I have ever come across. Thank you so very much for making our miserable day that little more tolerable

We have been taking both our cat and dog to this vet for a while now. They do get busy but will always call if there’s a cancellation. They’re very honest and prices are reasonable for their services. They also give great advice on many pet issues.

I have been using Fawkner Veterinary Hospital for over 40 years. The excellent care, advice and modern facilities has kept me very satisfied that my pets who are Family receive the Best Care for their health and well-being.

The Fawkner Vet staff are very friendly. They take the best care of your fur babies. After moving from another vet a few years ago, I find that Harley is very comfortable when he visits. A+

Really liked how they work with you to find a good plan for your pet, and are conscious of budget. Andrew was fantastic.

Adding up on the 14 of March he has took the arthritis injection and he is very energetic thanks again for the Fawkner vet.
Today it's the 12 of may and my dog had his 3 injection and he is looking brand new thanks for the Fawkner vet.

Always a great experience at this Vet. Staff are friendly and make it a comforting visit for our pup. Highly recommend!

Glad to be seen promptly, as it was pre lockdown/covid pandemic.
Prices are so much less than my local vets and always seen by a thorough veterinarian who are happy to impart their knowledge and advice.

We came back today with Lennon for his annual checkup after living in the country and not being able to see a good vet for awhile, the attention was magnificent they even called me to let me know they had an spot available for my Lennon, Dr Stephen performed a thorough examination of my Tibetan Mastiff (Maltese) with not judgment at all he did good, I'll be back for his injection. Excellent experience. I saw a new recruit vet who was charming and very knowledgeable (my dog thought so too!). I've been coming to Fawkner Vet for many years and every visit has been perfect.

I've never had a negative experience at Fawkner Vet Hospital. I take my cat Coco in for any concerns and for his vaccinations, it can get costly for me personally (however, their prices are very fair and reasonable). The vet nurses have always been kind and lovely. I have seen different vets and I've seen care and compassion toward my beloved pet Coco.

I needed to know where I could take stray cats. Epping Animal Welfare Facility said they were full. Merri Bek council said I could take them to Fawkner Veterinary Hospital. They were very helpful and closer for me to take them there than Epping. Very grateful to the friendly staff for all their help

Had to take my Jessie as emergency, having called practically every vet in Melbourne I was told I’d get a call back should there be a cancellation, 5 minutes later they did. Slight traffic getting there was worth it.

The staff were outstanding and Jessie was not as nervous being there (she hates vets) and the staff treated her with care, and many smooches given by Jessie. Will be going back there knowing Jessie is happy.

My experiences at Fawkner Veterinary Hospital are always positive. The staff are friendly, engaging and professional. The vets compassion towards my pets makes such a difference to the overall experience and as a result they remain calm amd are happy on return visits. I continue to recommend the Fawkner Vet. Seriously, this place has probably got the worst customer service ever! It used to be great but now it is beyond! The receptionist needs to learn the basic customer service 101! People like that give terrible impression to business owners! Be decent to your customers! Not being rude! Hope the owner reads this review!

To all, please avoid this place unless the owner has come to realise to the receptionist has been giving terrible service and incompetent with basic customer service work. Simply sympathise the owner and please read other independent 3rd parties review. Had been coming for many years! Obviously management has be changed and I have just moved on to a new vet this week! Terrible terrible unacceptable service - receptionist.
