Fat Shack are excellent to deal with, their customer service is faultless and their product range and quality are superb and our purchases have made a major impact on the lighting and feeling in our home.
A company that I highly recommend and will definately return to Fat Shack when we look to add new lighting.

Beautiful high quality lights, huge selection at affordable prices. I am very pleased with my multiple purchases. Meaghan even sent me a replacement within one week when one of the fittings was damaged in transit. The vintage lights that we purchased are exactly as described. They are robust and all electrical wiring sound. The packaging was also robust and importantly, the lights look great. Communication throughout the delay for delivery was mainly good.

I recently purchased 2 lamps. I came damaged so I contacted them straight away. They were happy to send out anyone. No issues! Very easy to deal with

I absolutely adore my lights [not that they are up yet] but they are perfect for my renovations. There is such a MASSIVE range to select from, online - it took me forever to sift through all the options in my search for the perfect fittings.but I found what I needed!

The staff were also incredible to deal with. I know I rang once or twice before ordering to ask questions before buying and they very knowledgable. I also had the issue of a "missing parcel" which turns out my mum hid very well in her house - but again, the staff were amazing to deal with, even when I thought that my complete order may not have arrived. Big props to this family run business and the amazing staff they have on board.

I'll be back to buy a few extra pieces in the future!

I purchased Fat Shack Vintage lamps and for a number of reasons had to return them. The staff were excellent throughout this process and really tried to help me as much as they could. They were extremely competent and very kind. Their service was so impressive.

I recently purchased two light fittings from Fat Shack. Unfortunately they arrived with some marks that couldn't be removed. Kaye from Fat Shack couldn't have given me better customer service. She arranged replacement lights, even packing them personally to ensure they were in perfect condition. I can't wait to see them up in our bedroom. I'll definitely purchase from Fat Shack again.

Won’t be buying lights here. After reading their trade and commercial blurb it gave off the impression that I could see lights in person. Was told no. Only online. I found the staff member unhelpful and disinterested.
When I contacted via email my concerns, I found the owner defensive and flat out rejected my concerns.
I don’t know of many designers that would not see a product especially for large quantities before purchasing. Time and money are essential. You can’t order 20 lights and when they turn up they’re not right. Venues need to open.
So I found this spiel just empty words.
Online only for retail makes a lot of sense but how on earth do you expect to ‘create long lasting relationships’ if I can’t even see the products.

After reading some of the other negative trade experiences, I’m glad I decided not to buy here.
