Fat Joe’s Pizza & Grill

We ordered large margarita for my daughter which was totally burnt, hard and tasteless.
We were sitting in front of the FAT JOES pizza shop. My daughter had ine piece of pizza but after two bites she refused to eat and complainted that pizza is not good. When we go back to pizza shop the person named SAM was expecting their fault.
But this was too much bad pizza

As a former pizza maker I can honestly say these guys are terrible when it comes to pizzas. If you're in craigieburn just go to pizza1b. Only went here because 1b wasnt open (Monday)

I ordered a small vegetarian pizza but get a ham and pineapple pizza delivered. Where is the attention to detail? Poor customer service.

The food I love it’s delicious but the young lady who works the phones and front counter is so rude and impatient she needs to learn manners and how to answer phone and speak

All 3 Pizzas were like rubber.very chewy and flavourless. Sharing among 5 people and not one person liked it. Fed to the birds.

It would be great if these people knew how to answer a phone. Ever since the owner got new staff,
I can never place an order because nobody answers the phone! I've called for the past three days and so far no one's ever answered the phone. I decided to walk in and call while I was there.there were three people standing around the register doing nothing while the phone rang and still nobody picked up. To the owner of Fat Joe's Craigieburn.seriously sack these people because you're losing business and making your company look really bad.

The manager is the rudest person I have ever spoke to.
As I order from this store all the time I was shocked to see how they handled a situation where they stuffed up. I am in disbelief how he acted, spoke to me and got so defensive over a pasta. Never again.

I had very bad experience with fat joes pizza Cragieburn. As I ordered pizza on 27/6/23 at around 9pm I girl behind the counter was very rude aggressive and unprofessional. I have never experienced such a rude behaviour like this before. If I have n option I would have given - 5 star for the customer service.

Absolutely disgraceful, waited nearly 2 hours for delivery, I rang and got told another half hour wait for 3 pizza a garlic bread and a drink, I then had to take all 3 sick kids out in the cold just to get dinner for them.

Just ordered 15 pizza’s and every single pizza was perfect. Heaps of toppings and very well made. They made the pizza’s exactly as I asked. I highly recommend them.

Ordered an open souvlaki, which had sweet potato in the meat mix, does not state this on the menu.
Also ordered a chicken Caesar salad, which was drowned in dressing that overpowered the entire meal and lettuce was all wilted, the nuggets look like they are old and been sitting there for hours.
To say I’m disappointed is an understatement, spent $100 and we couldn’t even eat our meals, what a waste

Pizza had a pesto sauce like it was dipped in it. Ordered two pizza’s for four people and each person took one slices each and regretted eating it and we went back to the shop, only to find out owner wasn’t there and they took my phone number down, i was told to receive a call from them the next morning but i had to call back the next day only for the owner to literally tell me that we ate the pizza and now he cant refund me and the excuse was that they were very busy and thats why the pizza was messed up. Ordered 3 things and was only refunding us for one. Been a regular customer to them from the last one year. I have the receipt, the photos of them reviewing the pizza when i went back and me noting down my number to get a call as well as the photos of the pizza full of sauce

Very disappointed with the pizza I ordered and also very upset to over hear the owner awful tone &behaviour to his staff. Only gave 1 star as couldn't select none

Bad hygiene, no gloves and no masks used by the staff members. I don't recommend this place so do yourself a favour and cook your own pizza in your oven for your fresh meal with good home hygiene.

The pizza is thick and soft u get a lot of meat or cheese or vegies depending on wat u get its not the freshest but very tasty and its not only pizza all of italys most famous pama. Pasta. Pizza.

Don’t know how guys can even run a pizza joint! Hands down the worse pizza I have ever had! Go hand in your business never again will I eat from there unless I want food poisoning or salmonella!

Ordered 8.41pm, now 10.31pm and still no delivery.your shop shuts in 15 minutes.

This place now offers vegan cheese as a service but at an astronomical overcharge. I went to place an order online but you couldn’t select vegan cheese as an option online. My online order came to a total of $60.80 I called the store to place my order with vegan cheese on one pizza as I have 2 kids that can’t have dairy only to be told it would be a $20 extra charge to have vegan cheese put on one pizza (when I ordered a pizza in store a few weeks ago with vegan cheese I was not charged any extra cost.) I questioned the $20 charge stating that places like Pizza Hut only charge $3 to replace the cheese how can you justify $20. I have been a customer of this place since day one but never again will they get a cent off me.

Was getting Domino's pizza Saturday nights. Tried Fat Joe's much better. Fat Joe's large is not only bigger for the same price than Domino's but has more topping and a more traditional style of pizza not like a large chain supply takeaway.

We order half chicken tikka flavour and half beef. It was good in taste. But not that extra ordinary to recommend it. It's taste was same as others
