You can have better burgers and wings in snitz etc.

Very average burgers. I think ordinary burger shop will make better burgers than Fat Jack.

Grabbed their lunch deal for $9.90. Decent size of burger and serving of chips for that price. Taste was ok, not too bad. The chips were soggy and just had red chilli powder sprinkled so didn’t taste of any “seasoning”. Menu looked quite interesting with an Indian touch, keen to try their savoury waffles some day.

I got the brisket burger with a meal for around $27.

The brisket was soft and the sauce was really good. The onions was really soft too and helped complement the texture of the burger. But I found it a bit underwhelming, like it’s an okay burger. I’ll certainly try other burgers the next time i go.

The chips are well seasoned and comes with ketchup that was really sweet but not really my thing. There was unlimited drinks included with the meal too.

The meal was a bit pricey but the service was great and the bread itself was pretty good. But the brisket burger wasn’t really my favourite. I’ll certainly try something more meaty next time.

The young lad that served us was a lovely boy, he had great manners but should consider a change to his trim (he looks like a lettuce). His accomplice, the beaked up fellow with the basketball shoes, was an unkind, smelly, and rubbish server. Please consider another job. 4/5 stars.

Best burger joint, owner is an absolute legend. Burgers are even better great environment price is good too getting good quality burgers

We ordered 3 kids' meals, the risk it for the brisket, and the mother clucker. The food was ok, however, a bit bland. Service was good and very fast, and the atmosphere was very aesthetically pleasing. I do wish there were more seating arrangements.

Delicious burgers. The staff member on tonight was very good at his job, there was a slight delay with our meals, he came over unprompted and advised us that he had already checked on the status of our meals and they wouldn't be long, promptly bringing them to us two minutes later. Very good, friendly, service.

I tried the Chicky-T Chic burger, and it was ok. It wasn't the best chicken burger I've ever had, or the worst. This one ranges just above average. The chips were crispy and tasty and the service was great. We visited on a Sunday at lunchtime, and there was plenty of parking. I'll give the beef burgers a shot next time I'm here.

Burgers are pretty solid and are a nice feed. Not spectacular, but also not terrible. I'd try it at least once. Not a fan of the BBQ wings, too much sauce.

As a burger lover I had high hopes for Fat Jaks and gosh was I satisfied! I had the chicken and avo burger (which was delicious) my friends had loaded fries and a parma. The parma was massive and the loaded fries were well enjoyed. My partner had a vege burger which was devoured. $3 for a large drink with free refills is also good value. Definitely recommend.

Can't say I liked this place very much. The hotdog was dry as if it had been sitting there for a while and was just heated up. The bun was falling apart. The chips were average and the most positive thing about this place was the free refills. Probably won't come again.

Ordered the chilli cheese dawg expecting it to be a hotdog, turns out to be a glorified sandwich. Was very difficult to eat.

Burgers are okay, quite greasy and bun is sweet but still good. Good fries. Big selection to choose from too! Pricey if you get something fancy

Fat Jaks has a couple of other locations around Melbourne. We visited the one located in M-City (was on the outside).

Fat Jaks serves American comfort food with a range of options from burgers to hotdogs to parmas to waffles with ice cream on top. When we asked what was most popular on the menu, the team there said basically people liked the range and every item on their menu gets ordered (and that's why they keep them on the menu!).

We ordered the 'old school' beef burger and 'trailer park' hotdog. Both of these were well put together; neat, tidy and good ratio of protein to other fresh ingredients and sauce, which we always appreciate! A good serving of chips which was enough to share between two. If you opt for a drink, they offer unlimited refills for their soft drinks and water which is self-serve.

We enjoyed our meal in their clean nice wooden earthy and greenery interior which was well lit.

Burgers are very nice. The disappointment was the Chicken schnitzel. It’s huge which isn’t a good thing as it’s dry and stringy and way over cooked.

I visited this place for the first time last week with a few friends of mine and they were quite surprised that I didn’t know this place already. We ordered a few things including loaded fries, Truffle Shuffle, Spicy mother clucker and a whole bunch of items.

The food was an absolute experience especially my first time. I was absolutely thrilled with the quality the chefs delivered was so unbelievable and order came in less than 10 minutes of ordering considering the place had a few people in the queue already before us. Their speed didn’t compromise the quality of the food we received. Special mention to Aman, who asked us how did we like our food and genuinely delivered amazing customer service skills and we surely will be visiting on regular basis now.

I always have an amazing experience here. The burgers are amazing and delicious. The ambience is very relaxed and they've got bottomless drinks! A definite must-visit and also a definite must-return-to place.

The burgers are amazing, the sides are delicious, and the customer service is number one.
Mainly deal with Ozan, and have never been disappointed. Highly recommended.
