Fat Cats Food Van and Fancy Catering

Adrian and his lovely team catered our wedding in December 2020. After a number of changed wedding plans due to COVID-19, Adrian was an absolute pleasure to work with, who was excited to get back into the kitchen and do what he loves. His food speaks for itself. It is outstanding.

Adrian was amazing at catering our wedding. The food was so good - everyone was complementing how delicious it was. We had the shared plates and Adrian was great at making sure there was enough vegetarian and meat options to suit everyone. Everything came out timely and there was plenty of food to go around. Thank you again!

Adrian and his team catered my wedding! I can't even remember how I found them, but they were pretty much booked straight away! Their shared plates were exactly what I wanted on my day. The food was absolutely amazing, particularly the lamb, which had everyone raving for days afterwards! His team are extremely professional but laid back and Adrian was extremely easy to work with. They made such a huge contribution to the success of the day:) Thanks again guys!

Brilliant service - Adrian doesn’t only serve up incredibly tasty food but does so in a way that is so focused on making sure the party goes so smoothly. His team work hard and were happy to help doing anything that was needed to make the party a success! Thanks Adrian for making the party and the next day recovery lunch perfect!

Adrian and his talented team catered my wedding in country Victoria. The whole process was so easy and Adrian was a joy to work with from first tasting to cake cutting. He helped us navigate our guests sometime complexity dietary requirements with delicious food for all over a massive grazing table and then our share plates at diner service.

Our guests are still raving about the meals.

The initial group testing meal was a lot of fun and we knew straight away that Adrian would deliver amazing food and service and he didn't let us down! What a delight to have Adrian manage all the catering for our Christmas event. Sounds a little like a broken record after all the other reviews but his presence was entirely free of any concern. Genuine person doing really good things with his own business. Hmm might ask if he’s interested in doing Christmas lunch for the relatives!

I cannot recommend Fat Cats enough! Even before the event, I found Adrian extremely easy to talk to and was great at helping me plan the menu. On the day, staff went above and beyond to help out and were genuinely friendly and accommodating. The food was amazing too, particularly the lamb sliders and leek fritters. 10 stars if I could! Where do we start, right from the tasting night to our many questions leading up to the wedding, Fat Cats has been excellent, providing friendly and prompt communications. Then there was the night of the wedding and the food. Wow, I think every guest wants every recipe.it was Delicious and I can’t speak highly enough of our experience from start to finish with Fat Cats, let alone how tasty we and our guests found the food!

We used fat cats catering for our surprise wedding/30th birthday celebration and had a phenomenal experience. The food was amazing, we had such good feedback from our guests. We chose the vegan canapes and even the non vegans loved it! Would highly recommend and Adrian was a superstar so friendly and he really went out of his way to ensure our night was perfect! Adrian and the team catered our wedding and they did a fantastic job. We had around 160 people, and opted for a full vegetarian/vegan menu of share plates. Even the steadfast carnivores were telling us how great the food was. They were exceptionally easy to deal with in the lead up to it all, and their whole operation was as smooth as you could hope for. Can’t recommend them enough.

Fat Cats catered our wedding. Adrian was so great and flexible, willing to work with us on tasting price and add mac and cheese as a side at no extra cost. Pricing was great compared to other companies, especially minimum spend (was the first company we found that made it possible to have only 30 people). We got jerked chicken, beef brisket, broccolini slaw, potato salad, and mac and cheese. Everyone loved the food, especially the mac and cheese! Staff on the day were also very professional and great to deal with. We even got to keep the leftovers.

Absolutely blown away by the service from Adrian and co, especially making it down during the bushfires. They made our wedding so easy and the food was amazing. He is a wizard in the kitchen and happily adapted his menus to suit our event and dietary requirements. One taste of what he can create will have you drooling.
