The best Chinese takeout I have ever had! Everything is super delicious and packed full of flavour. I've never had beef and black bean sauce that tastes that good! I also love the singapore noodles, they are so tasty - simply addictive! The food is very affordable with generous portion sizes and reasonable prices. The service is always super quick so you don't have to wait too long before you can dig in. In short, if you're looking for good Chinese food, you've gotta try Fat Cat Takeaway!

Delicious food. Satay chicken sticks are the best in Melbourne. Spring rolls are very tasty and the tiger prawns are fantastic

Food was pretty good and price was very reasonable! 4 stars because the dine in experience was not as good since the decor is pretty bad/ basic but I can see why this place is very popular for takeaway

I walked one hour to get to Fat Cat and it was worth it.

Char Ke Teow (?) is very flavorful.
Lots of shrimps, squids and fish cakes.

If anyone seeking for comfort food,
I definetely recommend this place.

For such a small place it was nice. We unfortunately sat at the small table and was uncomfortable to eat having 4 plates almost come out at once.

Great spot, good food, nice people, great prices.
Today I had the Nasi Goreng which was OK. I normally have the Malaysian curry chicken which is wonderful so next time I'll go back to that

I live down the road from this place and have been a couple times. I cannot rate them highly enough! Their food always tastes fantastic, the staff are lovely and know their regular customers well, and their lunch special is great for when I'm working from home. Just across Murrumbeena Station and conveniently located within a 30-second walk to the local bar!

Top tier Asian fusion, I can eat here all day everyday <3
Their chef and staff are super sweet, to the point they know I called in and ordered without even giving a name. You guys are the best.

If I could give them 100 stars I would, gladly. They are amazing! My husband and I have ordered from them over 6 times now and not once did they disappoint. The winner dish for us so far was their prawn pad Thai. I've had that three times now and couldn't take a snap for once because once you start eating you won't stop for anything! Hands down the best Pad Thai I've had in my life.
The chicken satay is amazing too. And quite cheap considering the portion size and the mind blowing taste.
Kudos to the super friendly and talented staff. Keep those amazing dishes coming

I haven't been there in a while, but planning to go back on Friday 1/7 with my cousin.

The last time I was there I had the most delicious Malaysian curried chicken and very much looking forward to having it again

Amazing! I just discovered this hidden local gem and I am so happy. Sizes are great with great quality meat and veg perfectly cooked. Flavour is spot on and the soup was like a warm hug. I called ahead and asked a few questions regarding my order the chef was very friendly and very accommodating. Can't wait to go back, it's definitely my local go to now!

This restaurant has made it's way on to our Top 3 asian restaurants in Melbourne! Huge call right? ! We got this food as take-away and we ordered the Singapore noodles, Beef black bean, Nasi Goreng and Japanese style fried chicken and weren't disappointed with our choices! My husband rated the food 10/10 and he doesn't give these scores too easily. The food was made from high quality fresh ingredients and absolutely delicious! Can't wait to order again next take-out night!

Easily one of the best asian takeaways around Murrumbeena. I had the splendid char kway teow noodles and the satay chicken. Both were so delicious that we will only be ordering it from here in the future. The spiciness of the noodles and the sweetness of the satay complimented each other.
Will try other items on the menu for sure.

Haven't tried too many things here - yet - but their Mee Goreng hybrid is insanely tasty!
About to try the curry laksa, no reservation that this will be super tasty too.

Amazing lunch at Fatcat Asian FLAVOUR FLAUR takeaway free drink with lunch and the best honey chicken I've ever had presented in a cardboard box to keep it crispy. It's this care that makes it special.
