I just had a parcel delivered by your company which was delivered to the wrong unit it is clearly labled on the delivery slip my address, going by your latest reviews there is a problem with your drivers there is a sign at the front of my units with the numbers of the units and where they are in the block so no excuse for getting the the delivery mixed up. Too lazy to find the right unit surely not to hard as there were two people in the van
Not good enough you need to find new delivery persons who take pride in there jobs
Terrible customer service. Delivered to wrong address and then person on the phone just over talks you all the time. No offer on follow up, no contact for deliver drivers. DO NOT RECOMMEND
We've been using Aramex for a few years now and Peter, our pickup driver in South Geelong is amazing. He always shows up on time and is extremely helpful.
Most of the deliveries we send out arrive on time, however we understand issues and delays can occur in transport.
I see a lot of negative reviews online, however no one ever leaves a positive review when they do receive a delivery on time, but almost everyone will leave a negative review if they have to wait a little longer for a parcel. So just remember, next time you get your delivery on time, make sure you take the time to leave a positive review.
Aramex has been great since I started sending with them a year ago. They are always on time and don’t charge any where near TNT who I was with for the last 20 years. I’m spewing I didn’t try them earlier. I would have saved a lot of money.
Have tried multiple times to get in contact with ANYONE to find out about a parcel with no luck.
The seller uses various companies depending on size and our other parcel (different company) arrived within a week and the driver was lovely and helpful.
The best I got so far from the Aramex call centre (which is where the Geelong number takes you) was that they couldn't tell me anything other than what the tracking says and they will contact the Geelong centre to get in contact with me.
Still waiting.
Update Aug 2023 previously had terrible service from Aramex Geelong.but probably in the last few months they've lifted their game. The driver who delivers to Corio is Awesome very helpful and friendly. My parcels now come undamaged and on time.well done Aramex Geelong finally.
Unprofessional.they picked up my parcel 3 weeks ago, have NOT answered my enquiry as to when it will be delivered to me. I got an automated response with " we will get back to you" seller I bought from advertised 8 to 12 days delivery.it has been 21 days.
UPDATE. Aramex lost my furniture and seller has had to reissue my purchase.
So slow for deliveries if you thought Australia post was slow they either loose your parcel or take ages to send it still at the depot in Sydney 2 weeks later avoid them
Absolutely without a doubt just didn't knock on my door. We have dogs that bark and people were home both times they claimed to have come.
The worst tracking system it never works always delayed for days in Sydney and never updates
They at least tried to deliver my parcel unlike Australia Post, downside was the closest place to pick up was the other side of town so perhaps if they worked with other companies they could make it easier to collect items from closer to home
Have had online orders delivered through this company, and sent numerous Ebay orders to my customers through Sendle and have had no issues, highly recommended!
I got an email saying it was to be delivered 16 march only to read on that you can not deliver. I contacted the Vet She'd and complained. That package had puppy formula and food as the mother was unable to feed her 5 pups. I had to go to Pet Stock to by these items. My package turned up 10 days later. Not required now too late. I should of picked Australia Post to deliver at least they are reliable. Cannot recommend your services

This is the second delivery from Aramex I have (supposed to receive).
Their delivery service is non existent.
I have a parcel that has been sitting with them for over a week. I rang to ask why it is seven days and it hasn’t moved. It is supposed to (according to their tracking) be in their Geelong depot. The person on the phone said that while they had the paperwork, they didn’t have the package! Whilst I was trying to ask where the package was, the lady on the phone told me to simply wait for the delivery to arrive and hung up on me!
This was very similar to the last delivery this company was making to my address…it took many weeks for it to travel 1.5 hours drive to my door!
If they were willing to tell me where my parcel was at what depot, I could go and get it myself…but they don’t communicate and as stated above, they hang up!
No company should use Aramex to deliver their products. Aramex is the worst of the worst.
Absolutely useless company and customer service! The tracking number means nothing and your parcel will show an ETA that's not accurate at all, and when you ring they agree the tracking number is not accurate and can not tell you when your parcel will be delivered. That's why people pay for tracking numbers! Previous parcel deliveries from them my security cameras have caught have shown drivers dump parcels in unsafe places and don't ring the doorbell to even let you know a parcel's there, shocking service all round. I can see I'm not the only one with these issues from all the other negative reviews, and it's such a shame some retailers insist on using aramex so I have no choice but to put up with their terrible delivery service.
Absolutely shocking, for the third time a package held up for over a week by Aramex locally with no updates or direct contact. The latest package took less time to cross America and get to Australia before is disappeared into the Aramex black hole only a few km away. And they can't even confirm if it's been lost or not.
Pray to god, the mother Mary or any deity that you get your package delivered to the specified delivery address. Often delivers to the wrong address, never leaves missed delivery cards or sends any form of notification of delivery confirmation or missed delivery (last delivery delivered to neighbour, see photo I received from Amrarex when trying to find where my package went). Usually I have had to collect my parcels from the depot. Unfortunately sites such as Aliexpress and DHgate use this abysmal company to pass on delivery locally. Armarex you make me sick.
