I am coming to the Depot on Tuesday to pick up my Parecl that you keep failing to Deliver, and if you don't give it to me, I will be calling the Police, you scumbag scammers

If I could give them less I would. Picked up my shipment, failed to scan it at any depot for 7 days, finally goes out for delivery, get carded with a missed delivery even though I'm sitting here all day waiting. No card left and cameras didn't see anyone come to the door.
Worst courier company I've ever dealt with
Sadly seems to be well-known to not good at delivering. No one attempted to delivered my parcel. I’m home the entire day. No one rang our doorbell and my husband just found a calling card in our letterbox. We needed the item in 3days but redelivery is in 4days. Unbelievable. It’s even showing that pickup depot is further than the one closer to the delivery location. Now I have no clue how to get it in time.

Hands down the worst, most incompetent parcel delivery service I’ve ever had the misfortune of experiencing.
Won’t answer emails, can’t get through on phone, ended up having to pay a fee to have the package redirected to someone else’s house as they wouldn’t attempt redelivery.
Would give 0 stars if I could.
Utterly useless.delivered to incorrect address. I informed them of this, so they sent me a photo of my package in front of a random house (not mine) as proof. No compensation offered, and no intention to resolve. In the bin, Aramex!
I haven’t received my parcel over month now!
I was at home all day and aramex driver too lazy to knock the door or ring bell. Took my parcel to the depot and asking extra fees to redeliver my parcel. Absolute nightmare.
This company has lost my parcels sent by ebay twice and they marked the parcel “as delivered “ on their trucking website” forcing me to submit enquieres. Do Not Recomend and i wish the ebay seller’s use a different company.
Terribly unreliable. They don't leave calling cards, they take days to more than a week or two to respond to emails, and their website is very outdated when looking at Parcel Connect locations. They'll accept the payment and location for a Parcel Connect delivery, then take days to email saying they couldn't deliver but not state why. Then it's constant back and forth emailing. I've had a delivery from 2 months ago still going in circles because the two Parcel Connect locations listed on their site have apparently closed down and they take so long to respond to requests. Completely rediculous when I've paid extra as well to have a Parcel Connect drop off since you never know when they'll deliver to your home.
I don't write reviews, I find them usually to be fairly reactionary and unreasonable. In this case though I'm making an exception after multiple instances that prove a pattern. In my humble opinion Aramex/Fastway should not be allowed to operate as a business.
Firstly, they do not actually attempt to deliver. I watch the tracking of all my parcels and ensure the gates are open and delivery instructions are clear. For every single package that comes through this company I receive messages over 3 or 4 consecutive days saying 'attempted to deliver' or 'no-one available'. I work from home so. No attempt is made to call me, no calling card is left, They aren't actually even visiting my premises. I suspect the parcels just arrive at the warehouse and they automate the status updates and wait for the customer to come looking for their parcel at the depot.
Secondly, you are absolutely unable to contact anyone through any channel for support. You can't call the phone number, they won't help any recipients of parcels with inquiries. You can email, but they won't respond. They suggest a WhatsApp bot, but the option to manage anything to do with a missing parcel isn't available. I finally was able to get someone via web chat, but they didn't have any actual detail they were only able to perform very basic functions.
I am astounded by the incompetence of Aramex/Fastway. Other delivery services have their issues, but generally get the job done eventually. It is totally confounding how this company even manages to stay in business. Just do not use them, let the company fade away
If there is a Hell, then it is run by Aramex. They will not help you in any conceivable way and you will almost assuredly be forced to collect the parcel from their woefully understaffed collection depot which graces us with an opening 8-5pm weekdays only. I personally believe Aramex to be a terror organization as I cannot conceive of how one company could be so violently incompetent, and with such consistency at that.
I truly hope and pray every day that the government shuts Aramex down and will not be happy until such date.
The worst courier ever! Never got my package, no real people working for them and the couriers are contractors! The couriers just toss things anywhere in the street and say bad luck!
I have been waiting for 1 month for my product to arrive. I call and text every day. They're just distracting me and saying they'll take care of me.still no results
Bad, Bad, Bad Service. It's the worst courier company ever. Out of 7 boxes just 3 got delivered and it's been more than 2 weeks since I'm trying to get a proper response from the company about what happened to my other boxes. There is no convenient way to contact the company if anything wrong happens with your parcel and even if you do figure out how to contact someone (which might take you weeks), No one tells you anything about what's happening with your order. Please avoid this courier service if you can.
TERRIBLE. Literally EVERY parcel I had with them were problematic. Online sellers, please do NOT use Aramex. Nonexistent customer service, ridiculous excuses, couriers who don't even bother ringing your doorbell. If any of you have the displeasure to be stuck with an Aramex shipment, ask for them to hold in in their depot and pick it up yourself because they have zero capability to deliver it to you. Even then, they may not be intelligent enough to handle that request to hold your shipment in their depot.
They literally drove past my street at 11am, I waited an hour but driver went to next suburb & I then had to leave my apartment to go out. Changed my delivery to local collect in 2 streets over (maybe 10 minute walk) then at 16: 50 says parcel not deliverable.what is that! Now I don't know where my parcel is. Really terrible service & tracking.
Item apparently 'delivered'. No where to be found on my property. Unresponsive service. Boring, disappointing, useless company. Close your doors.
Threw a 20kg parcel over 6ft fence? Broke it obviously. We were literally in the garden waiting for the delivery.
