Fastline Carpet Cleaning

The price I was quoted was what was charged which was great. My concern is that my RE was not happy with the amount of dog hair left on the carpet, and while the owner called and told me it was the type of carpet, I had to pay a different company to come clean a second time and they were able to remove the hair. So it wasn't the carpet but maybe the poorer machine they use? Also they left several water marks on one of the bedrooms. That said they were really friendly and nice, but if you have a pet and need this done for RE maybe go with another company.

A+ professional service and cleaning. It was very efficient and was happy with the end result. Prices were reasonable too. Excellent job and would recommend!

Reny from Fastline was Carpet Cleaning was very easy to deal with. I had a 5 seater couch and 2 Rugs steam cleaned. He did a spectacular job at a very reasonable price. I am looking forward to getting some more work done in near future and would recommend to anyone looking for a genuine, professional, reliable and reasonable services! PS- This is the after photo of the couch and one of the rugs. I forgot to take before pictures but was fairly dirty with young kids in the house and food spillges.

My dogs brought something dead in from the bush and my bedroom carpet was a gross stinky muddy mess. From the moment I called to someone being here to clean was less than a day, which is amazing because I live on a dirt road out of the city and it's often difficult to get work people here. I decided to have 2 mattresses, two sofas as well as another room and hallway cleaned and was very surprised by how economical it was. Great service, great cleaning, friendly staff. Thank you so much.

Do not recommend for renters! This company is not professional. The owners is completely unreasonable, also doesn’t understand the basics of running his company. The “operator” was much better to deal with. When cleaning the carpet left a stain of a dark patch, which is now coming out of my bond.
Renter please do not waste your time or suffer their consequences like I did!

Unfortunately I didn't receive a 5 star experience. Based on all the amazing reviews I booked a carpet clean in. I've never seen anyone clean my carpets which such incredible haste! It was mind boggling. After Kha had left, we inspected the carpet and found some high traffic areas had not been touched at all! I couldn't believe it, especially as I had gone out of my way to make the job easier by buying sliders to place under all the couches and bed legs and removed other furniture onto the tiled areas to make the job easier. I also told him that if he needed any help to slide the furniture my husband and I could help him. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time a company with so many 5 star reviews has disappointed me.

This is my hubbys experience. I was listening first hand
Gave a call at 8.30 this is how the call went -
Me- " Hi would like to get a quotation for end of lease cleaning? "
Him-" How many bed rooms and details please? "
Me - " 4 bedroom- carpeted, 2 toilets, kitchen and hallway including steam cleaning for 4 room"
Him- " Okay it will cost you 750$
Me-" wow that sounds really costly".
Him- " You wanted a quotation, I gave you one book it if you want else find some one else. "
Me- "Okay, you don't have to be rude man. "
Him-" You are rude so this is how I have to deal".
Me - "Okay thank you ".

Nothing more to say that is all.
Addition -Its all understood from the reply the
person has given to this comment (really professional).
If anyone found the "me" part in the above conversation rude, then I have nothing more to say as said prior.

Never thought they could remove the stain I had sitting there for years, but they came through. Left my carpet looking new and smelling fresh. Thank you Kha, you did a great job with my office carpet.
