Filthy dusty caps and clothing, no one bothers with cleaning up

Rude entitled staff specially the male one behind the counter.

Just because some people try to steal from you, doesn’t give you a right to be hostile to all genuine customers.

I had an absolutely horrendous shopping experience at this store, and I feel compelled to share my negative experience with others.

1. **Staff Attitude**: The staff at this store are incredibly arrogant and have a terrible attitude towards customers. From the moment I walked in, it was evident that they had no interest in providing decent customer service.

2. **Missing Accessories**: I purchased a pair of Nike SB skate shoes, and when I got home, I noticed that some important accessories, specifically the laces, were missing. When I returned to the store to request a refund or assistance in finding the missing laces, the staff had the audacity to blame me for their absence. They refused to refund my purchase and accused me of buying the shoes to resell them. This is not only unprofessional but also insulting.

3. **Hypocrisy**: To make matters worse, I later discovered that some of the staff members are resellers themselves, hypocritically criticizing customers for reselling while engaging in the same behavior behind closed doors. It's the epitome of hypocrisy and undermines any moral high ground they claim to hold.

4. **Misleading Return Policy**: The return policy displayed on their website mentions a 14-day return policy, but conveniently fails to specify that certain products, like SB Dunks, are not eligible for refunds. This lack of transparency is deceptive and misleading.

Overall, my shopping experience at this store was nothing short of a nightmare. The staff's arrogance, refusal to provide assistance, and hypocrisy in their own actions have left me extremely disappointed and frustrated. I strongly advise potential customers to avoid this store at all costs, as the staff and the entire operation are nothing short of terrible.

My recent visit to this store with my partner was an absolute disappointment. We went there to inquire about missing accessories for a product we had previously purchased. To our astonishment, the staff member we dealt with not only lied about the return policy but also displayed a highly aggressive attitude towards us.

The staff member claimed that their email or Instagram had stated a "no return" policy for certain items, but when we asked for evidence, he couldn't produce any such statement. It was clear that he was making up excuses to avoid taking responsibility. Moreover, instead of addressing our concerns professionally, he became increasingly confrontational.

What shocked us the most was his disrespectful behavior. He actually threw the missing accessories in front of both me and my partner and walked away without offering any further assistance. This level of unprofessionalism and rudeness is completely unacceptable.

As a result of this terrible experience, we have decided never to shop at this store again. We strongly advise others to consider alternative options with better customer service. It's truly disappointing to encounter such behavior in a place that should value its customers.

We had bought a dunk and it was missing laces. We went to the store and asked for a refund but the staffs were so mad and said that no refund for dunks although they don’t say that on website and return policy. After that he just took the laces from other box and threw at us. Very bad customer service. Not gonna come here again

Super new to skating but was told to buy new bearings for my board, went down to the store stunned by all the options, guys there explained it all for me and even installed it for me. Pure legends

Received a faulty rat eat my shoes box from online and this fasttimes swanston deny my return i'll report to consumers law selling faulty product and don't allow return in 30 days

Plenty of shoes, clothes and boards. If only the staff could stop leaning on the pool table talking about life for a few minutes.

Boys are usually friendly, sometimes hard to get the attention of one if they are talking to each other but I don’t mind!

Good store it was me at fault came in with no socks looking for shoes and got my pigs out but hey the staff know what's up and I got free socks with my shoes thanks to their kindness.damn blessing this place.

Skaters dream come true! Amazing range of speciality brands and bulk amount of stock both new and old ranging from footwear to beanies. Prices not exactly amazing, but sale items and discounted items worth hunting for. Staff extremely helpful and available to help out if you want assistance with anything.

Excellent store service and atmosphere. Was able to get prompt help with the staff and set up with a new complete deck. Highly reccomend!

I've been a customer for these guys for years, back when it was PSC, till now. Just bought a sweater online and was having issues, I contacted a store manager from the Chadstone department (Emy) who is the sweetest, she sorted everything out quick smart. Every branch I go into, whether it's the city store or Northland, or just about any where, these guys are attentive and super super lovely.

Thanks so much to Casey! Helped a total newbie to Skateboarding pick a good board and wheels within my budget to start out on. We went over wheel durometer, board width - he even helped/taught me how to change the wheels and bearings and walked me through some of the inital movements to get started skateboarding. Such a lovely guy and a really talented and knowledgeable skater. Just wanted to say I'm so happy with my set up. I should have posted this weeks ago, but I've been busy skating. Thanks so much for all of your help and can't wait to come back for another board soon

I have just found Melbourne's hidden gem for skate shoes. These guys are so much better then the big shoe stores. Highly recommend
