HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. SLOW REPLY! TOOK DAYS 10!

Very disappointed. I reached out to their customer service after I received my order which is totally different from the colour i chose on their website. They wont exchange my order. EVEN AFTER I sent them a photo of the proof. Their website says HIGH END CUSTOMER SERVICE. Definitely NOT. I'm so angry that I wasted money on the product and it doesn't represent my brand. I've given them proof and they still wont budge. ORDER ELSEWHERE! They're not great.

I cannot understand how they are called fast printing, not a single order i have made has been 'fast'. Many other printing companies have confirmed and delivered in much faster time frames.do not use if you are in a rush.

I recently ordered new labels on luxury paper from this company, and I must say I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of the product and the fast turnaround time. The labels look amazing, and the luxury paper adds an elegant touch to my products.

The entire process, from placing the order to receiving the final product, was hassle-free and efficient. I appreciated the company's prompt communication and attention to detail.

Their website and Instagram account all look so incredible, so I was very excited to make an order and receive business cards (an order for work). Unfortunately, the cards I received had SO many faults. The card cuts were terrible and there were white marks and scratches on many of them (they were black cards). There were also these weird white water looking marks on a few of the cards. The quality was really not good at all. I was so disappointed! I emailed them about the problems and asked for a refund, and to send the cards back too - why would I want to keep them? They said they can't offer refunds but can only send new cards. Of course I didn't want new cards but had to go with it. New cards just came in and the quality is just low.again disappointed. The printing on the card just doesn't seem right, almost that look when you print from a cheap home printer. Again the cut of the card looks cheap - it looks like they have just been cut with a cheap Officeworks guillotine.

The only positive thing I could say is that their customer service was good as they had fast and efficient replies.

Wish I had just paid more and ordered locally in Melbourne with a previously used company that has made other business cards for us.

I have been using fast printing for the last 3 years and ordered many stickers and they have always been great in responding to emails and very efficient. I am always super pleased when they arrive

Our print job was ruined and this now affects the launch of our product - we can’t launch now.

We’ve tried to get a resolution to no avail so far. Fast Printing blamed our designer for their error. Our label was meant to be a Christmas red as per our artwork approval and they sent us burnt orange and told us we should’ve expected this. It wasn’t in the artwork so we didn’t order the orange colour, or expect it. Their logic is ludicrous.

They’ve taken no responsibility for their error and want to bill us again to reprint, which we can’t justify when we are in launch mode. Why would we give more money to risk the same error again?

Devastating outcome for our business as we can’t launch the new product and service the pre sales we have already confirmed.

This company does amazing work! They are patient and really work with you until you are happy with the end product. Great communication. Their paper and foil selection is excellent. Production and shipping is also very fast! 5 stars!

Communication, product, packaging and finish were all excellent and even had received extra copies of both versions which was a really nice touch.

Fast Printing has been doing a great job for us, even through the pandemic.

Communication is always prompt and professional. Great operation to deal with and their prices are very reasonable for the quality of their products.

Fast Printing is awesome! Our labels printed as card stocks turned out amazing and in high quality. Their price and delivery timing are also unbeatable. Highly recommend to others, esp.those who are not in a rush coz due to their high demands, and the fact that my email somehow went to the account manager’s spam folder, it took a bit of time back and forth before finalizing the job.
