Helped me set up my computer when it was having problems, then later I used them for some IT Support over the phone.

Zac was able to articulate everything clearly for me and explain it in a way that even a novice like me was able to understand. Incredible customer service and went above and beyond to fix everything I needed.

Fixed my laptop pc within a couple of minutes max after a ransom demand to unlock my laptop appeared after my screen froze the day before. No charge and so friendly. Will use from now on - awesome thank you! ️

To expensive and the customer service is rude and abrupt spent over 2000 in the shop over a year and they harnessed me when covid was on for money and pick up the rule was to stay home

The 2nd Bailey my son's phone screen got replaced and I asked for a screen protector that was $35 DOLLARS the screen is faulty so my son takes for the screen cover thinking it is that you replaced it knowing it was the screen but then do not replace the screen protector because it wasn't on there when it came back.

My feed back comes from walking our of your store 3 out of 4 to 5 times unhappy with services!

FarSide Tech fixed my surface pro stand (hinged on body of computer). I never had this fixed as I thought I would have to have my computer sent away.
