Everything is perfect! I would like to give it ten stars if possible, haha! Would definitely come back again and try more pizzas!

A very impressive restaurant in the heart of Swan St. It's an amazing venue that looks like it belongs in NY. The layout, the decor the whole design is absolutely stunning. A world class dining experience. As always, the organic food served in all the Farro restaurants is exceptional as is the service by the friendly, professional, attentive staff. Well done yet again by the Farro team.

Best pizza. Best service. The organic spelt pizza base is truly amazing and delicious. The staff were all very lovely and attentive.

I dined in, had a Margarita pizza which was average, not bad, not great, just ok. Customer service needs improvement, my waitress seemed annoyed by the fact that I didn't order any drinks, just tap water. She didn't seem happy to serve. Maybe she doesn't like her job. Funny thing is that the couple sitted in front of me flagged that there was a bug in their drink! After that I was even happier that I didn't have any drinks) won't return to this place where staff discriminates customers on their own.

Great service, staff are attentive & welcoming.
The organic spelt pizza’s are delicious, thin, light & full of flavour. We also had the calamari which were tender & fresh, the arancini were ok - being Sicilian brought up on arancini I’m a tough critic as my mums are the best - my only complaint - they were a little burnt.
I loved the extra virgin olive oil on the table
Can’t wait to go back & try their pastas.
Definitely give this restaurant a visit, you won’t be disappointed!

The service was friendly and their kitchen was open for an early dinner. Our ortolana was slightly on the bland side, not so much eggplant, but nevertheless edible. Their pizzas are reasonably priced so we’ll try another flavour next time.

There are many decent wood fired pizza restaurants between us and Farro Pizzeria, and also many other great restaurants along the street.
Lightning was a little bright and staff a little robotic and inexperienced, but that’s fine. Asking two people if they wanted starters and sides after ordering three pizzas is opportunistic. Pizzas were ok - nothing to rave about. Prices standard for the area.
The problems arose at payment time. The opening offer wasn’t applied and the cashier couldn’t find our reservation to confirm, took a few minutes but eventually the bill was corrected. When I asked if there was a credit card surcharge, she wasn’t sure. Some are ok with credit card surcharges but in principle,
I prefer to avoid them. When she went to check, she came back with a waitress full of attitude.
Waitress: The receipts don’t show it so there probably isn’t a surcharge.
Me: Your receipts won’t show it so can you pls check.
Waitress: The 15% surcharge is only on weekends.
Me: I’m asking about the credit card surcharge which is different.
Waitress: Well it’s only 15%.
Me: That’s the weekend surcharge.
Waitress: Well there is GST so yes there is a surcharge.
Me: GST is not the credit card surcharge, it’s a tax.
Waitress: So the GST is the surcharge.
Me: GST is a tax. That’s not the credit card surcharge.
Waitress: So no, there isn’t a surcharge.
As we went to pay, the eftpos machine clearly states a surcharge is payable so I point that out.
Me: There’s a surcharge.
Waitress: No there isn’t.
Me: Well will I get refunded if you’re incorrect?
Waitress: Why would I do that?
Me: Because you’re telling me there isn’t a surcharge.
Waitress: What’s the big deal? It’s only about $10 or $15 extra.
That’s when I lost it and told her to get the manager. No apology other than the waitress was confused.
Yes it’s only a small surcharge but how can a waitress not know the difference between GST, a weekend surcharge and a credit card surcharge? On top of that, don’t tell a customer what’s the big deal with their money.
Far too many pizza restaurants nearby, and even Ezy Peazy next door, who value quality service and their customers. Maybe teach your wait staff that their job is in customer service.

A warm and cozy decor as you walk in with a calm and romantic atmosphere, lovely for a intimate dinner or a relaxed group gathering.
Have to try their pizzas with a little bit of the special chili oil.was just simply delicious.

We walked in on a whim, looking for a place to eat. I had heard good things about Farro in Brunswick, and was keen to give it a try. The Swan St one is fairly recently opened. It’s fit out is nicely done, warmly aesthetic, and acoustically pleasant; the long shape of the room means you never have to shout to your dinner partner. The service was excellent, we appreciated being offered a vegan menu and being told where the restrooms were! We were impressed with the pizza. Toppings were tasty, crust was thin yet crisp, and piping hot. I enjoyed the extra virgin olive oil on the table, and my dinner partner availed herself of the chilli infused oil. Definitely recommend checking out Farro.

Great restaurant in Richmond. We dined here on Saturday night and the staff were really lovely. The food was great and having a coeliac on board wasn’t an issue as almost everything on the menu is available gluten free.

Beautiful atmosphere. Delicious pizzas and pastas. Went there with our two year old and everyone was happy! If you are not breastfeeding and love cocktails, this is your next favourite place.

Fantastic team, great food - in fact some of the healthiest food in a casual dining settings. Lots of plants etc and thoughtfully created atmosphere too. Without doubt one of the best additions to Richmond! Everyone we spoke to from Lisa who greeted us at the door to venue manager Maggie to Brit and the French couple and the hard-working team in the kitchen - Even Kimberly from marketing, it seems like a dream team! Not many times one comes out of the restaurant and thinks, it is a really inspiring workplace as well as a gathering place with excellent food and drinks. Keep up the amazing work and we will be back and sending more people!

Great addition to Swan Street. Casual yet comfortable and sleek atmosphere. Great attentive staff with a flowing service that sets you at ease.

Pizzas are delicious and with the signature spelt dough it doesn’t leave you feeling bloated or lethargic as others can.

Topped off with a light, fluffy and tasty tiramisu. Definitely one to return to time and time again.
