I had done a screen guard for 30 dollars, which the sales person recommended. It was some hard rubber and he said it will be longlasting. After 2 weeks it got expanded and when i went to the shop they said they can't do anything about it as it doesn't have any warranty. It's better to get your sceenguard from jbhifi as you can get warranty. 30 dollars for 2 weeks is not worth it. Or get it from amazon or ebay.

Terrible quality product. Literally makes up prices from person to person. Total scam artist. Horrible service when questioned about it too. Tried to return a product but they didn't warn me about the refund policy, they made up the invoices on the wrong dates and tried to convince me in a poor manner. There was no written policy regarding refunds, nor did they give you a receipt after purchase. They don't even deserve 1 star. Do not recommend them, they are thieves.

I went to get my iphone's battery replaced and the staff treated me very nice and professionally. Will visit them soon if needed!

I did not have a good experience here at all. I turned up at 11am on a Friday as per their listed opening hours, they didn't open until 11: 30am. I asked if they could repair a water damaged iPad with a non-responsive touch screen. I was told it would need to be assessed at their other store, so I left my name and number with them. I was told I would get a call the next morning. Later that day I received a call letting me know that there was a $55 cleaning fee associated with assessing the iPad. I wasn't told this up front and asked to have the iPad back intending to take it elsewhere. They told me that they had already taken it to their workshop, agreed to waive the fee since I hadn't been told and again promised a call the next day.

The next day I heard nothing. Or the day after, so they got a call from me on the Monday. Apparently their workshop is closed on the weekends, so no one had even looked at it. I was given a quote for the replacement of the screen and connection, which I agreed to and was told that it would be ready for pick up the next day and they would call. I heard nothing all day and I happened to be in the area later in the afternoon so stopped in. The iPad had been repaired and was ready for pick up.

When I got home, I looked at the repair and there was glue all around the edge that hadn't been cleaned up after the repair. Despite the best attempts to clean it up, it is still sticky.

I do not recommend leaving your device here for repairs.
