Very friendly and helpful customer service, they patient and give honest advice. Highly recommend them from service, products quality and variety as well as prices.
Such rude people, customer service is worst ; waited 1 hour to enter the premises and then they took other people before me ; was not happy to show things what was requested; such a bad experience; they have attitudes which doesn’t make sense are they here to sell? Whereas Najaf, Emirates jewellers where I go regularly always put customer at the front ; they are polite, humble.
Owner and his family are really friendly, nice and help you select the item that suits you.
A+ customer service, owners greet you with a smile and are very friendly and patient and help you select jewels that suit what you are after. Now I understand why there is always a long wait line outside of the store as the service is always fantastic and the selection of jewellery is always beautiful I always leave happy! Highly recommended for quality 18k and 21k jewellery with reasonable prices.way better than prouds, bevilles, Michael Hills etc.
Very busy shop but the owner was great!
Came in to have a stone replaced in my ring.
I waited maybe 6 minutes and the ring was done and I was out the door.
