36The worst customer service I have experienced. Couldn't even pay the workers to greet their customers.
In the 18th of November my husband and I purchased our a two seater couch and two chairs paying a deposit. We were told it could be up to 10-12 weeks but shouldn't be that long. It is now the 8th of March! The staff have given us the impression that they couldn't care less. We have rung and visited the store to see where our furniture is. Kept saying 2-3weeks. Finally we were told when the couch arrived. We paid and were told that they would deliver it today. We rang today to see see what time it would arrive only to be told it had not been booked with the carrier and they would not deliver until we paid for the chairs they hadn't even orung and told us they had arrived so how would we know to pay! Now arriving next week. 4 months later.
! Not good. Staff need to learn some manners and good customer service
Had a good range of stuff. We went in looking for a single bed for our kid and walked away happy with a bed and mattress.
Always had the best experience at this store! Well looked after by all staff. Store Manager goes above to make sure you have what you need. All questions answered with great product knowledge
For the last 3 como items I've purchased (bed, tallboy and wardrobe) all 3 have had a crucial piece missing, and after calling to inform them which piece was missing and being told the most recent time to come in to get the missing piece they ended up not having it in stock to replace the missing part.
After waiting months for our couch to come we got the text to say it’s ready to pickup. Get there and they only ordered half the couch and not the chase. Absolute stuff around organising a trailer and car then the staff mucking us around to pick another couch to tell us it’s an extra $700 not $200-$300. Not worth it at all
We bought an item because we were told it would arrive before Xmas. It turns out we were told that for the sale. Not happy, we now need ro wait until February or they said we could get a refund and buy from some else
Clearly supply is down as we have to wait for all our furniture, but in this climate it is easy to understand, but still frustrating. Service was hit or miss and it felt like we were being bothersome a little
Didn’t feel friendly when visited to store, customer service wasn’t felt friendly from some staff, could learn to be more polite when serving customers visiting at store.
Even to cancel order (due to delay in product arrival) I was advised on phone to visit store to cancel order, is also more inconvenient.
Went in just looking for a dresser and ended up deciding on the whole package deal, Kirsty who served us was lovely and helpful and very enthusiastic and made sure we got great service
So we bought a new couch, coffee table and TV unit from the Kangaroo Flat store. Ashleigh was awesome and the loading guy (don't know his name) are super helpful and brilliant at what they do. Highly recommend this store.
Horrible furniture I brought 2 sets of draws for my kids and doesn’t matter how well you put them together they fall apart. Wish I had of saved my money and gone to focus and paid a little extra for good quality. Last time I set foot back in this place
The furniture is well made and they have a large variety of different items so wound have scored higher but 85% of the time they have no stock in the stores. You normally have to wait 6-12 weeks before stock arrives so is a HUGE wait for your furniture, which is not acceptable.
Great prices, friendly staff. Car parks are a bit small in the home maker precinct, but the layout is good.
Worst customer service ever.they would put wrong details on their website and what they say in store when you would be expecting your delivery or pick up.upon ordering for a rug that they said would be available for pick up in a month, after months of follow up same answer that its still coming it has been almost 4 months already! The couch we ordered was way too delayed as well and they dont even put the effort on being honest when it would really be delivered or arrive but just keep on saying oh in a week or a fortnight it will be in! At least be honest so we can find other options instead of paying and waiting for something to be taking forever!
I used to enjoy shopping in Fantastic Furniture in Darwin, NT, staff there is very friendly. But disappointed with the Fantastic Furniture in Bendigo, they're not even helpful at all, I bought lots of stuff from this store when I moved to Bendigo but every time I walked in there they will just stare at me. Not my preferred Furniture Shop anymore. It's the people working in the store that makes customer want to go for shopping. I don't have any issues with prices because they have cheap to expensive item. But for me it's the staff that put me off. Anyways good on yah peps who have good experience Bendigo Branch.:)

Happy with service, so much so that you have been recommend to a friend that is looking for bedding.
This place is average.
Walking around they do have a good amount to look at but, looking at the tables and beds you can see that they have chipped off wood/paint which just made us think the quality isn't fantastic considering it's already dinted in the store.
I had a click and collect order which I picked up from the Bendigo store. The woman at the front desk was very friendly, and the pick up at the warehouse was very easy. I'm happy with my new bedside tables and bench seat as well.
I purchased a platform bed and queen mattress back in 2010. Their customer service and pricing is what made me a returning customer. Here we are over a year later and I received great service when purchasing the matching dresser for my bed. On both occasions I was completely satisfied with the pricing, especially after comparing prices online. If I wasn't moving to the east coast, they would be my business of choice for furnishing my homes.
