Substandard service is being offered to customers, after taking delivery fee they don’t wanna deliver item. Rude customer service, Pathetic!

I would have given 0 star if I Would. I order the bed online from fantastic furniture and they deliver the wrong bed frame but right slats. I opened the bed frame and tried assembling it with screw driver as mentioned and noticed it needed drill while the manual says “Do not use drill”. Then noticed it’s a wrong bed frame. I call the store and took it with me. I told the staff how can you mix up like this? They didn’t react much and ask me to pick up the new frame from warehouse. When I asked to screw just the frame legs only with drill as I don’t have drill at home and your manual says don’t use drill. They said they can’t. I mean first you mix up the order and then customer brought the product to your for replacement and now you can’t even help with 1 step of assembling. I called the store and they said manager will call back and I never received that call. Such a terrible service so don’t use fantastic furniture guys. There are many others in the market. These people don’t help customers at all.

Helpful team and a good selection of styles of furniture. I see other reviews trashing on product, maybe go and try to solve it first with them, if nothing, then definitely give the low review. People are expecting highest quality for the lowest cost.you need to adjust your expectations, or take care of your product.

I was assisted, purchased some chairs and built myself. Perfectly fine so far and it's been a few weeks.

Store is clean. Not a huge range of furniture but great if you're on a budget. I'd recommend doing your research on products before testing them in store. Car parking available right out front.

I order online and pickup for Hamilton buffet 2days ago, the quality of it very baddd. I thought this could more better than kmart products but no.it could easily break and very soft wooden. It’s very sensitive! Very hard to assemble as well. Especially the buffet door, shows big gap between the door. It’s make me 2x has to take it off and assemble it again to make sure it’s look straight and neat as in the picture and display in store but still not what it’s has to be looks like. And again, the back of the products and inside of the drawers just a soft plywood. Very funny and Very disappointed and really dissatisfied. Kmart is better than this oh no. Unbelievable. Not recommend!

Unlucky that I saw those 1 star reviews after I bought the dining table.
I was so excited to buy and looking forward it to come however I was so disappointed and regret I did purchase in this company last month!
I would rather not offer any star to this company if possible, the only reason for a star is for the staff in the store was not pushing us for the purchase!
The dining table quality came was suck, the screw connection spot under the table board was already broken and damaged while we unboxed it! We did nothing on it! We took photos for proofing to arrange return and refund afterwards as we were worried the replaced one would come with same bad quality. It's been a month tho, they collected the table but we still have not received our refund. The customer service officers have been blaming the damages back on us then refused to offer fully refund to us! What? Was it a scam? Is this company always use this trick to scam customers money? How could it possible happened in nowadays Australia? Now we are double lost - table & fully refund! It’s totally not fair and totally not recommend this company!

Surrounded by other furniture stores, this one did not have what we were looking for. It was a quick dash in around and out. They fo have furniture for all areas of the house and in packages.

Terrible experience.
Would avoid at all cost, especially when there are much better stores in the area

The only good thing was the delivery people.
Everything else was awful.
Not only was the delivery 8 week, not the 2 quoted, but I had to contact the store to find this out, at which time they told me to would be 28 weeks.
Eventually received the queen bed suit, at which point part of it was missing, (the draws) which I was assured on purchase was a part of the suit, from the person who I brought it from. It was the reason I brought this suit and not another at a different store.
I called to find out where they were and was told that they are not a part of it, even though they had assured me at the store it was.
I will be leaving a review on other platforms as well.
I will not be shopping here again. Avoid Avoid Avoid, there's much better options at any of the other furniture stores around.

Thanks to the lady who served me at Fantastic Furniture. She told me the time frame it would take to order from another store and that’s awesome! She didn’t try to get a sale by shortening the time.

Very poor service bought a item which was under warranty for 3 years it broken down they telling me it’s going to take 2 weeks before they do something I lodge the claim on 28th of November which is already 9 days but no answer and today one off there staff member said that it’s going to take another 2 weeks to look in to the claim staff member who works in the shop as a floor sale person doesn’t know how to talk to customers very bad customer service in fantastic furniture, Dandenong store the sale person said he needs to pick up the broken item which I said fine come and pick it up I moving house they want me to take the broken item with me until they decide when they going to pick up there broken item. Next time I have to think twice to go back to that store

Unfortunately the warehouse gave us a wrong coloured side table, when i called up to ask if we can come back adele answered, and she was so pleased to hear from us as she served us earlier in the day.she’s so incredibly lovely, i’d only hope all sales people were as kind as her! 100/5 stars for her but a little let down by warehouse!

Ridiculous service, ordered sofa 3 months ago still waiting for delivery.whenever i called in store same answer it's at distribution centre we can send email to them and will call you back.never got call back also said no promises no exact day or time or week for delivery.rude staff.never gonna buy anything from dandenong fantastic furniture.

Very pleasant customer service. They answered all my questions and assisted easily with an exchange I needed.
Jamie and Ray were so so helpful and patient with all my questions. Jamie had a very caring nature and assisted the best should could in a situation that they don't have control over (delivery). I recommend this store and these staff members.

I found them useless delivery stuff up and the customer service intrusive to see personal banking details for a refund dont bother.saved 300 bucks down the road

Absoluting disgusting service! Staff ignored me when I asked for assistance. Staff told me off for complaining about their work colleague. Manager acted disgustingly stuck up for her staff rude behaviour. Did not take complaint on board at all. Phone kept on ringing no one would answer it. Absolutely poor customer service, poor management and rude staff. Will never go back. Was about to spend over 3500 dollars but when to Amart instead where the customer service was excellent. Highly recommend Amart in Dandenong. Fantastic absolutely disgusting customer service.

Didn't have the item in stock we made a special trip to get, even tho online it said they had it in stock. "4 weeks" says the saleswoman unhelpfully. We ended up going to IKEA, spending less, getting better stuff, AND eating breakfast
