Fantastic Furniture

Couldn't get what we wanted from the Geelong store but on a trip to Ballarat dropped into the store there and they had what we wanted. Fast friendly service.

The 2 x couches and dining table I bought are great, 5 stars. The 1 star is for the insane amount of plastic and styrofoam used to package the products. I had to make a seperate trip to the tip just for the non biodegradable packaging. FF need to think about the environment a little more.

Extremely happy with the service received at the Ballarat Store! Our 3 seater Dolan in Nappa Denim was an awesome choice aided by very patient staff (took us 2 hours) Once it arrived we realised the two seater would be too much for our space so exchanged for the armchair as that sofa was still on the way.the whole process was seamless. Very impressed)

After driving 3 hrs to pick up $1000 worth of furniture I was really disappointed that when looking for kids desk chairs they had no stock in & wouldn't even consider selling the 2 floor models. Waiting 2 wks isn't good enough knowing I drove so far & they're the closest store.
It made the whole experience bitter & I won't bother going back just to be disappointed again.

Everything is very cluttered and on top of each other. And they have a very minimal range. Quality isn't that great either

Bought the three seater Belrose in November 2020. Arrived end March 2021. Told would arrive mid January due to Christmas break so ordered two seater early January. Arrived in April over a month late. Quality of the three seater good. Two seater I wouldn't call it good. After the run a round from company and the it's covid excuse for delays my confidence in fantastic furniture has hit 0. Doubt I'll be back after such service.

Furniture is always ok, but this store appears to be lacking in customer service. I've been there twice now with my partner, the first time a store worker said she would be with us after she finished vacuuming and when she finished she disappeared out the back never to be seen again, and then when we had queries we waited almost ten minutes for the only other staff member in the store while she was on a phone call before we just left. The second time we went there, the only staff member in the store just sat at the front and never approached us at all and didn't appear to be busy. It is almost as if the staff here don't even want to sell you the product they offer.

My experience with fantastic furniture wendouree was horrible I have spent about 8 thousand resantly and in the past 20 thousand a few years ago and will not be going back after the way I was treated!

Great prices and great furniture, the staff are decent and I have had mixed feelings about them but overall a good store would recommend for cheap but good quality furniture

The price versus quality from this place is good. The trouble is, Ballarat Fantastic Furniture never has anything I want in stock, so I usually have to drive around 100km to another store whenever I want something. They won't sell display items and it takes 3 weeks to order something in. I'm the kind of person who buys something when I need it, not 3 weeks before I need it so I'm rarely prepared to wait. They have a home delivery option but the $89 laptop desk I wanted had a $65 delivery fee so obviously not worth it.

Great service and good range at reasonable price. Only downfall is having to wait 3 to 4 weeks for order

Previously received excellent service from FF but this time round, not only had to wait 6wks for my desk and chair to be delivered, but I am being given a used product. The chair has been taken home by a customer, put together, then returned to the store. According to FF it is in "as new" condition. I was not offered a discount either.

Helpfull services. Friendly staff. I suppose they wanna be considering I just spent 2k in store. Lol.

Great place to get cheap furnishings. Although the store isn't enormous, there is a great range of products available and the layout is as you'd expect for a fantastic furniture.

Prices are great, as per usual for the franchise. Realistically you aren't saving much by driving into Melbourne and picking things up from IKEA or anything like that. Much better to shop here.

The staff are super friendly and always up for a chat, but sometimes it feels like they're hounding me. Nonetheless, great customer service and on the whole excellent staff and a great place to shop.

Friendly and helpful staff if a little hardcore on the selling. There are plenty of budget furniture options here. Just be careful to for your own views on quality and style. The sales pare helpful but make no mistake, they are there to sell. Have bought some great stuff here and some not so great stuff. Would think it is the ideal place for someone moving out the first time. Just check on how long until it will be available.

Bought quite a lot from them, prices good furniture good value for money, only thing as one who doesn't drive anymore i.am put off buying just a couple of things e.g. Flat pack coffee table, lamp table as the delivery charge is way to expensive e.g. Product $99.00 delivery $65.00 ouch that really hurts and stops me buying.

Amazing range at affordable prices and the staff are incredibly helpful.
I've bought so much furniture from these guys now and I even found my ideal corner desk for just a little over the hundred bucks.
And for all you wonderful book nerds out there with homeless books, they also have really nice book cases at the hundred mark to.
