I ordered and paid for a set of bunks six months ago. Everytime I have followed up I have been told they are in Melbourne and will arrive in Traralgon in about two weeks.
By the time they do arrive my two year old will have probably moved out.

Ordered my 2 seater and 3 seat recliners at Traralgon store. Had to come from Melbourne. Quoted a week but arrived in store earlier.
To be delivered on Friday.
That's what I call excellent customer service.

Bought a lot of furniture here over the years. First sale in 1987 I believe the store was only a few months open at that stage. Furniture reasonable quality and great prices.

Get a text message saying my order was ready. Only 2/3 was there when I traveled 30 minutes one way to get there. The warehouse worker was good, (although the girl behind the the counter thinks it’s “Princess” Hwy.it’s “Princes” so epic fail to embarrass me there as she tried when talking about delivery).

Great place. We bought some shelves for our WIR. Work a treat. They're like flat packs you put together. Love Fantastic Furniture.

Drove 25 mins to look at a wall stand. Stood there while 4 staff members chatted (no one else in the store). Finally went and asked a woman if she worked there and if we could be served. When I asked about the stand was told it was the last one and that it would be months before a new one would come in. Why have stock on display that isn't available. She was not helpful and didn't seem to care. Not going back there again.

After looking online and finding what I wanted and that it was in stock at the Traralgon store, I traveled a couple of hours to Traralgon to buy it, but guess what? They only had it as display stock (none in stock out the back) there was nothing else there I liked. After all that travel I ended up going home with nothing! Why have it online as being in stock when its not and why have the item on display if its not in stock? I asked about buying the " floor stock" I was told no! Why? Why display something that you haven't got to sell? Am I angry? Yes! I wasred my time, fuel and money because your web site wasn't up to date with infomation!

Ordered a desk from fantastic furniture Traralgon on the 14/05 for a click and collect. Got a call from the store the next day to say it was ready for collection. Drive 25mins to the store to wait half an hour while everyone is looking for the desk that was apparently ready to go and waiting at the front. Decide we will wait. Its now the 4/6 no call or info on missing desk. I called to find out what's happening get rudely told that im probably the 50th in line waiting for a desk, no apology what so ever. Ask to cancel the order which i used on Zip in my acct. I did use my partners name for pick up, even a cancellation won't be easy i need to send in an email request to cancel the order or drive another 25mins to cancel and leave empty handed again. Not happy at all.

Rude customer service lounges only made for skinny people recliners i couldn't fit in far to hard and uncomfortable wont go back now

I wanted a mattress that I could transport in my small car and the kind lady working here directed me and I had the mattress purchased and in my car within ten minutes. The stock moving staff were also kind and helpful, keen to do their job and made me feel very valued as a customer. Wonderful customer service and a lovely team.

The staff are very helpful and friendly. Happy to help with any questions that we had. Jason (staff member) was very helpful.

Lovely big shop. Lovely displays. Nice staff. But I wondered why there were not more customers?

If there was option to do half a star I would. I spent over $4000 in one at fantastic furniture traralgon and was promised by 2 staff I'd get free delivery and that It would only take 3 weeks to be delivered. It's been 5 weeks and still no furniture and then when I enuired I was told I can get some of the furniture now but have to pay another delivery fee? Then blamed her colleagues for broken promises when it was this shop assistant that served me made the initial false promises. Fantastic furniture dandenong have offered and given me free delivery plus a further reduced price for spending there.definetly going to stick to where I'm not lied to and treated like a fool. Never again.

BTW has been over a week since I cancelled my order and still haven't received my full refund, have to wait another week (after already waiting a week to get over a $1000 back.btw went to early settler and bought the same amount of items and not only did I receive the most best service ever, it actually cost less than fantastic furniture as they have a 50-70% sale. They also have rang twice to ensure delivery details and it's coming in 2 days. What an absolute opposite experience and the staff wernt stuck up! Have a whole house to furnish still so I know where I'll be going back to. It's not about the money it's about ppl thinking they can play u coz ur desperate for furniture and treat u like an idiot. I should actually be thinking the staff at fantastic because I wouldn't of looked elsewhere and gotten a great bargain if it wasn't for the appallingly arrogant service from fantastic furniture traralgon.
